Answer:	I'm assuming your question referred to the pre-programmed "codes". I have two of these locks (plus a third warranty replacement) and each lock has totally different codes. I am assuming they are generated randomly, based on the fact that the codes were provided with a stick-on label as opposed to being pre-printed on the product sheet. So, the pre-programmed codes would seem to be as secure as other codes you might store. In the event you need to give someone else an entry code (e.g., neighbor or temporary visitor), I would highly recommend assigning a temporary code so you do not have to give them either of the pre-programmed codes.

Answer:	Yes. The handles for interior and exterior can be swapped to accommodate both left and right swinging doors. I have used this lock both ways. You will be satisfied by using a keypad lock and may never again want a lock with a key!

Question:	What kind of light bulbs are used? Is it safe for an infant to stare at in close range
Answer:	I tried to check but as far as I can see, the light cover does not come off. They do appear to be LED though. During the day the lights aren’t very bright of course but in a dark room at night they can be very bright. I place this on a stand next to the crib or at the far end of the crib facing up so my little guy can’t look right into it for that reason. The velcro strap is on the back of the unit which makes me think it was intended to be strapped to the crib slats or something similar but you really do get the best effect when the lights project onto the ceiling in my opinion.

Answer:	The sheets that we offer are all a very soft polyester. At this time we do not offer 100% cotton.
Question:	How many bat tires dose it tack
Answer:	I do not know if its safe, I had not heard of that. My grandaughter slept on it but with blankets underneath her to make it more soft, she did not sleep on the actual Mattress. I would like to hope they would not sell anything unsafe for babies but then again everything my kids had as kids is not deemed safe now and yet my kids had no issues along with a million other kids. So honestly I cant answer the question. Seems everything is picked on these days and you just don't know anymore.

Answer:	If they are really annoying and it's tiring to constantly shushing them then maybe :) The shusher slowwwwwwly say shusssssssh in a very calming manner repetitively. It has a 15 and 30 minute timer and acts as a white noise machine. For some adults it may, it is very relaxing
Question:	Do you think it would work for a new puppy
Answer:	Maybe? I haven't had a new puppy in 8 years... I do sort of remember trying soothing sounds for both of our dogs when they were younger though. Sorry I couldn't be more help! I would be curious if it does work!

Answer:	No, we returned it as soon as I realized there are many apps for shushing that work even better without costing a whopping $35. I’m not cheap either, we have every expensive baby thing, the organic Snuggle Me sensory pillow, the crappy mamaroo swing (also returned), como tomo bottle, etc. I felt incredibly duped and quite frankly a little stupid for buying this before looking for an app. Currently I play rain and such for our babe to sleep. Sometimes I use a shushing app. The people staying how $35 isn’t a lot... $35 for this product feels like robbery... just sayin... get the app or spend money on a portable sound machine that has a wider variety of sounds
Question:	what does a shusher sound like ?any way to hear it we have been using a hair dryer
Answer:	It sounds like someone going "shhhhhhhhhh" in a long, drawn out way. There is a momentary pause between each "shush" so it is not a continuous sound like the hair dryer. When my baby is really upset, nothing is as effective as the hair dryer. Period. But the shusher is obviously more convenient--no cord, no blowing air, etc. I like the shusher but at this point, I use the HoMedics Sound Spa on the Go even more--the white noise function can be turned up loud and it's small enough to go with us anywhere. Plus, unlike the shusher, I can attach it to her car seat. And it's 1/3 the price. Just my two cents...

Question:	What are the 8 "white noise" pre-set sounds? Is one of them campfire?? (Or is there a way to load a "fire" sound
Answer:	There are I believe 11 preset sounds. Unfortunately, a campfire is not one of them. You can not load any new sounds. I use the wind sounds a lot more like ocean waves and although that is another sound I like the wind sound better. I do have to say though that I absolutely love this machine. My daughter sleeps so much better with it. I love that you can preset it to go on and off when you want it to.
Question:	Does there have to be 1 min. between programs? I would like for it to change from red (sleep) to green (wake) without turning off in between
Answer:	Great question! If there is any overlap, the second program will override the first. For example, if your bedtime program runs until 8:05am, and your morning program is set to start at 8:00am... your Rest will switch from bedtime to morning at 8:00am. Question:	I'm interested in getting 2 - for our 3 year old son & our baby's nursery. How does the app work with 2 units? Can they be programmed independantly
Answer:	Yes each device is managed separately in the Hatch app, really easy/inuitive. I actually have one for my toddler and newborn too - it's the only sound machine out there that I came across that you can program by time!:)
Question:	Will my kid override me? How limited can his options be from inside his room? Can he change it after one of my programs begins
Answer:	It is possible to control the light and sound settings directly from the device, BUT in the newest app update they added a "Toddler Lock" feature that fixes this problem. During program run-times you can disable all controls on the device itself, so our kids can't override our programs. It's been very helpful for us.
