Nope. It is a light sensing device and NOT a motion sensing device. If it were motion, it would not matter if in 100% darkness or 100% sunlight, as motion would activate the device - and not the presence or absence of light.

Answer:	You can't, as far as I can tell. Anything other than blue seems to cycle through all the colors.
