Answer:	A pin came in my package. (You can use any straight pin) It is required to turn it on. The hole is located next to the plastic "eye."
Question:	Can someone clarify the dimensions of the light? There are some discrepancies between the photos and the listed dimensions
Answer:	The entire light fixture is roughly 5 inches wide by 6.5 inches high. This is a great product for the price. Lights are sufficiently bright, used only for security, i wouldn't suggest using these as a means of lighting an outdoor socializing area. The motion sensor works great at a good distance away. I use these to light up the sides of my house for security purposes. Highly suggest.
Question:	Will these charge if they only get partial sun exposure
Answer:	yes, they charge on cloudy days, but obviously not as much as with full sun
Question:	Does it dim at night or does it turns off. Does it turn on only with motion? It says it dims for the entire night, it is just turning on with motion
Answer:	According to the little instruction booklet I got with the set of lights, "Night Sensor Function: It will auto turn on bright light when darkness or at night and auto turn off when in daylight or bright area". This implies that they come on by themselves, nut mine do not turn on at night at all unless I trip the motion detector, then they come on and (I timed them) stay on for 30 seconds and then go off. While I like the feature, I do wish they would stay on longer.

The sensor will detect movement and the light will activate regardless of the time of day. After movement has stopped or left the coverage area, the light will remain on for about 5 seconds, then turn off.

SECURITY MODE

INSTALLATION:

1. Remove the mounting bracket so that it can be used as a template for the screw holes. To do so, slide the light out of the mounting bracket in the direction of the arrow.

2. Mark and drill two holes in the location where you want to mount the light. Insert anchors in the holes.

3 Place screws(included) through the mounting bracket and anchors.Tighten the screws to secure the mounting bracket.Do not over-tighten.

4.Slide the light back on to the mounting bracket.

5.To remove the light from the mounting bracket,simply slide the light down.

Question:	will these work on a 10/11 ft lamp post with the bulb pointed upward and covered with a polycarbonate or polyethylene globe
Answer:	if it is not pointed down the motion sensor wont work....the tp of the bulb is where the motion detector is(which would be pointed down)
Question:	Where is the sensor located on the bulb? This will be in a facing upward wall sconce 6 foot high instead of hanging down. Will it still sense motion

Answer:	I use them outside in relatively open fixture (not tight enclosed). I found these worked better when hanging down - not up. They worked fine for about two months, then started working intermittently and then one failed completely. As the price was relatively low - I did not bother with return or discussion.
Question:	Anyone know why these bulbs don't work for my backyard and front porch light? All other bulbs work but just not these. Anyone know the reason
Answer:	I bought the radar detection bulbs with the most coverage area---therefore they constantly turn on when the wind blows and bushes/branches sway in the breeze. Or someone walking down the indoor hallway passing the front door. Next time I would purchase 180 degree bulbs. NOT 360 degrees. It also depends on the thickness of the glass covering for your porch lights---too thick and they might not work.

2. This light can only be turned on in darkness environment. The light won't turn on if the light sensor has been detected by the enough light.

3. If you use Alkaline battery first and then change to zinc-manganese dry battery, the lights might not work as the zinc-manganese dry battery is shorter than the Alkaline battery.

4. The sensor light might not work if you use the infrared heater in winter. The infrared will cause failure of the sensor. However, the light will get back to work in 30 minutes after turning off the heater.

5. Please clean the wall surface to keep it dry and clean, so that the double-sided adhesive pads can be pasted tightly.
