Answer:	Yes. The remote offers two options for the number of hours you'd like the candles to remain lit. Once the hours selected are over, the candles turn off and turn on the next day at the same time you first set them to come on. You can change/reset the hours or start time with ease. Answer:	Not sure if "in my volt outside" is missing the voltage info. Verify the voltage and see if it is 12V. 3W LED is lower wattage than 5W so the 5W output will be brighter. We do carry a 3.5W LED version so that version should be a closer match.

Answer:	To the best of my knowledge these small candles do not work with the remote. They do have a timer setting that will turn them off after 6 hrs

Answer:	The MR16 5W version has 380 Lumens comparing to halogen 20W with 240lm and halogen 35W with 460lm. Sorry for LED MR16 we currently only carry the 5W version. Perhaps in the future we may carry a lower wattage version, but not at the moment in 2020.
Question:	the on off switch under candle lantern will not move on or off. how to fix this

Answer:	The setting is underneath the candle. You turn it on the side that will let the candle stay on for several hours. It will go off in about five hours and then come on again at that same time the next day and stay on for five hours. The other setting allows the candle to stay on until you choose to turn it off.

Answer:	As I recall there is a tiny black button on the bottom of the candle with ‘Auto’ ‘off’. ‘On’. When you move the button to Auto.....say, at 6:00PM when it actually is 6:00PM.....it will light and stay lite for Bn

Answer:	Supposed to? Yes. The covers are just to protect the wax candle body during shipment. Have to? probably not, though they will look better if you do.

Answer:	Wow, strange that we have different answers on this one, but I have to go with "Yes", they are definitely made of wax. This is what makes them look so realistic. Like regular wax pillars, they will also dent and scratch, so be careful with them! Mine are still going strong on the same batteries since early May of this year, and I do leave them on the timer setting, so that is 6 months so far.

Answer:	Have they ALL quit working? If so, check the battery in the remote. Change the battery in one light to see if that works. Maybe they were left on while stored and the batteries are dead.
