Answer:	Yes it is a plug-in lamp, not a solar lamp. I personally would not buy from this person again, I bought this lamp from ADDIE, had trouble with it from the beginning. It keeps turning itself on & off by itself. It goes dim on it's own & brighter on it's own At times it won't turn on or off. I was in contact with ADDIE. who kept promising me a new lamp head was coming next week. It never arrived. What ADDIE did was made that promise all the way to the point where I was past the time of return, so I was stuck with the lamp. So again I wouldn't purchase anything from Addie.

Answer:	My experience with trying to dim LED lights is that the technology for the dimmers isn't good enough to work properly. My dimmer switch for a bedroom lamp burned out from trying this. Best to use LEDs only for non-dimming purposes, stick with incandescent for dimming. Hopefully this will be changing.
Question:	Why can only 2 and 4 packs be shipped to California but not 12 and
Answer:	It’s because of proposition 65. The larger packs do not have the cancer warning on them. It’s the same reason why many products don’t ship to California on Amazon.

Answer:	Contrary to most opinions here, it has nothing to do with Title 20 - the specs for these bulbs are way above Title 20 requirements. The reason this doesn't ship to CA (while smaller packs of the exact same light bulb do) is because of Proposition 65, related to the cancer warning on the packaging. This SKU doesn't have the warning on the package, while the smaller boxes do. The "lots of dim bulbs in CA" comment was really funny BTW. Maybe they should pass a proposition about that.

Answer:	No, there is no built-in timer. The light comes on whenever there is low ambient light regardless of time of day or night.
Question:	Are the plugs off-set so that the second outlet in the wall fixture can be used while this is plugged in
Answer:	If you plug it in one way, the other outlet is NOT blocked. If you plug it in turned around 180 degrees, the other outlet would be blocked. In other words, the prongs are not centered on the unit so the orientation you choose determines whether it blocks the second outlet or not.

Question:	Is it possible to turn the flash feature off completely? If yes, how do you do that
Answer:	It does have a bracket so you could but the power cord is rather short so unless you have an extension cord or an outlet on the ceiling then the cord would not reach a wall outlet.
Question:	I bought this light and it only turns on in red. It also didn't come with direction. Can anyone give me advice on how to select diff color? Thank you
