We were initially willing to troubleshoot if the problem was an easy fix, but it appears that the seller wants us to go above and beyond what should be expected for a NEW product. I, at this point, just want a refund. Hopefully, Amazon will be easier to deal with than this particular seller moving forward. Apparently, the size of the chair is a big obstacle for the seller when it comes to returning it. I'll let you know how things turn out.

You will have to spend over $400 to ship yourself. I purchased a chair in COSTCO for $1150. reliable and I can return in next 3 years if it breaks.
