Answer:	In my opinion, 'no'. First off, I don't know of a way you could attach a hanger to the surface of the fountain without damaging the finish or causing a possible leak. Secondly, the device 'splashes' once in a while -- very minute mist -- and that could cause damage to the wall. Even if you considered placing it on a wall-mounted shelf, the chance of water damage to the wall would still be possible.
