Answer:	Based on my use of these inserts for the past ten years, they take up an additional 1/2 a shoe size. If your normal shoe size is let say 10, go up to a 10 1/2 for the use of these insoles.

Answer:	The Women's 9-10 would probably be your best bet. It is better to have an insole that is a little too long and properly cradles your heel than one which is too short and narrow. The insoles are trimmable; if the insoles are a little long, you can trim the length to fit your shoe (video demonstration of trimming an insole: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QOh1S_2x1k ).

Answer:	These are a great daily trainer/long run shoe. They fit true to size. They feel firm out of the box and take a few miles to break in, I would say around 40-50 miles. They seem like they will last 400 miles or so. Very happy with the purchase.

Answer:	They sort of run small so even with the wide, you may want to go up a half size. I normally wear a 6 1/2 W or 7 reg. I have the 7 wide and my toes are at the tip of the shoes. They do allow more flex in the width, so they feel better then some. I have bunions on both sides of both feel but one that is particularly bad and these work decently for 12 be shifts in a hospital.

Answer:	It's confusing isn't it? I made it a research project a while back once I found a cut of jeans I liked. "13MWZ" describes this particular "Cowboy Cut" style of jeans. The Wrangler site itself is helpful with a detailed description of each style and the corresponding number at the top. If you find a pair you like and you've got them in your hand, look inside the zipper for the sewn-in label. Just above the size is the style number, like the "13MWZ." (Disregard the other multiple digit numbers, usually shown smaller and sideways on that label.) 13MWZ is for the cowboy cut (regular, not the slim-fit version of cowboy cut.) Wrangler will call both the pre-washed and "rigid" versions of these jeans "13MWZ" usually.
