Answer:	Well! I don't have any more packets left so I got on their website. All it says is "low sugar" which is NOT good enough for me! I have no idea what their product is sweetened with. You can probably contact them and hope they'll provide an answer but in the meantime Emergen C has Cranberry Pomegranate electrolyte packs that are sweetened with Stevia. Those packets are what I use now. Good luck.

Answer:	Hi Rodney. The iron in this product is just natural occurring from source ingredients in a balanced state. Similar to how it is found in most "green" vegetables. Everyone needs iron to maintain healthy blood, men just need less. The Soy is coming from the soy lecithin. In our future Greens Pak product under development, we are switching to sunflower lecithin. Currently, we enjoy one packet of Greens Pak a day mixed into our favorite smoothie recipe for a mid afternoon snack.

Answer:	I couldn't find the indication either. I can tell you, I feel much healthier after I began taking it... I am sold on it. I have a busy lifestyle with work and don't always have time to eat the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables, so this is great for me.

Answer:	The top of the cushion is approx. 14" off the floor. The cushion and support comprises 6" and then down 8" to the floor. Very low by American standards.
