Question:	I just received this lamp. How can I fully extend the arms? Neither one of the first pivot joints is operational
Answer:	On the light. 3way switch. Terrific light! We love it.
Question:	Does it come with the wire cover
Answer:	I am not sure I would want them to be in the weather. The shade is not weather proof, electrically.
Question:	Swing arm seems tight. How can I loosen it so the arm can swing out smoothly
Answer:	I would imagine so if weather permits. I wouldn't leave them out during the cold months though.
