Answer:	I would test with a voltmeter to make sure you are getting proper voltage. I would also try swapping out LEDs in case you may have a bulb issue. For further troubleshooting, please give our customer support team a call at 813-978-3700.
Question:	How bright are these? Looking for the dimmest light I can find for my sons room, I would prefer it not to be any brighter than a night light

Question:	Is it more light orange like more warm and cozy than soft white
Answer:	This unit does not come with a bulb, so the operating voltage would be determined by the lamp you place in the fixture. Most LED bulbs do not function properly in below freezing temperatures.
