No if your old bulbs have rectangular or any other shape than round, singular pins on each end. You can make them work on any old fixture if you buy new, round-shaped receptacle tombstones or mounting pedestals which are inexpensive and easy to change so you can make these bulbs work.
Question:	Will these work if I remove the ballast
Answer:	Hi, yes, you have to delete or bypass the ballast, pls contact us to get an Technical Support. LED products did not as traditional lighting fixtures, they most did not compatible with ballast, our LED tubes did not compatible with ballast too. If you don't remove or bypass the ballast, the ballast will still exist in the circuit, and will consume part of the power. In the meantime, because it is an inductor, it will produce a high voltage pulse at the moment of switching on and off, which may affect the power supply part of the lamp tube, resulting in lower reliability. If you don't remove the ballast also may cause strobe, flicker or even don't work, sometimes lamp will be broken. If you delete the ballast, it will greatly reduce the consumption and save your electric bill, it will not have a bad influence to thu bulb, it will greatly protect the lifespan of the bulbs.

In most cases the fixture would have to be taken down to remove the ballast. If you are up high or on a ladder the heavy ballast can fall if you try it, and create a safety hazzard. There is no other reason to remove it and will do no harm, don't create extra work for yourself.
