But I was not told they "upgraded" and given that as an option but happy to sell me a replacement for the one I just bought. Very nice guys there but now they recommend a type that does not fit in the unit and would required more space under the sink that do not have either. So a loss for me and really disappointing. |

| Answer: | The temperature control is located on the back of the unit. On my unit, it is towards the bottom on a metal plate on the right side of the cooler. There is a small white dial that you can turn with a screwdriver to make the water colder. The plate has markings to indicate which way to turn the dial to change the temperature to warmer or colder. |

| Answer: | Your going to need a bladder tank attached to the R/O unit to store a reserve supply. This dispenser has the capacity to store 1 gallon cold and 1 gallon hot, R/O units produce water slowly, unless you use a commercial high volume membrane on the R/O unit like a 100GPD to 200 GPD (GPD= gallons per day) your going to need a storage bladder tank of 4.3 to 5 gallon tank. The bladder tank will then feed the dispenser at 40PSI and refill it quickly. |

| Answer: | Use the water supply under a basin (sink) with connector. I did have to purchase additional white hose that came with Clover install. |

| Answer: | The D14 runs on a 1/4" line so really any filtration system will connect to the unit, simple inline filter will be good. |

This connects directly to your water source and does the filtering for you so you will not need to buy 5 gallon bottles. Something did break down after a couple of months but they sent a new one ASAP so that was nice. No problems other than that. |
