Next day I had the thickest best tasting Kefir type milk that you could imagine. I was stunned that it worked. Leave about an inch in the bottom of your jar - add more milk and the next day you've got more probiotic milk. Been doing this for 2 months now and still have most of my product stored in the freezer.

My research has shown that refrigerating them will keep more bacteria alive for longer periods of time. You may tried eating fermented foods to introduce more live friendly bacteria into your gut. Fermented foods like sauerkraut, pickles, yogurt, kefir, miso, etc., are highly recommended. Make your own if possible. Answer:	They are gel squares. You need to put tape or a bandage over them. I don't think they have anything in them to speed healing. They cushion sore spots and blisters. I used them for my 1st month hiking the 800 mile Arizona Trail.
