The AC charger is designed to automatically reduce the charge to a small trickle charge after the battery is topped up to maintain charge and prevent charge-discharge cycles which reduces battery life. I have mine connected since two years. It consumes a small 1 watt load while trickle charging.

We do have an "Approximate Battery Run Times" Chart on our website that you can take a look at for more details, but some examples would be : If using a Tool Charger (and only using about 15W of power) the battery could last upwards of 66 hours on a full charge. However, if you're using a lot more power and are expending a lot like trying to run a Coffee Pot or a Power Tool (that requires about 200 Watts) it would only run for about 4.3 - 5 hours. So the length of time you can run your devices on the cube will depend on how much power you are using. If your question is referring to the Battery's lifetime, it's just like a car battery which needs to be replaced in approximately 3 to 5 years, depending on the usage and maintenance (regularly charge it once every 2-3 months as instructed in the manual to prolong the lifetime of your battery).

Answer:	They say recharging is necessary every three months. It can be charged with the panels, auto sig lighter or ac to dc wall charger provided. It shuts down if charge is too low as not to damage power tools etc. I've only had it a few months so far and I'm very satisfied with it so far. One of the cool things about it is that a very complete list of instructions etc. is printed right the flipside of one of the solar panels....no need to try to find buried or lost paperwork.

Answer:	You can print 4x6 to 13x19 and everything in between. It's a great photo printer and with the cost of ink it should only be used for photo's. I have a Canon all in one printer that cost under $100.00 and use it for day to day printing and scanning. If there is something special about those documents like some special paper then, of course, use the Pro 100.
Question:	How heavy a paper (lb.) can it use
Answer:	Sorry not sure how heavy paper can be but it works fine with any normal paper or photo paper. I have not tried it but it says it can do canvas also. Ron

Answer:	I don't know if it matters if there is a warranty. I bought a brand new printer from canon and it was defective. At three days I called and was told that they would send me a replacement. A refurbished used printer. I said, but I didn't buy a used printer. I bought a new printer. They wouldn't budge. I refused the offer of the used printer. You may have better luck than I did.

Answer:	I was able to achieve 1/2 inch cut after following the instructions in the manual for "Precise cutting" . 1.Remove Hub Cap 2. Remove "E" ring 3. Held inside nut with a spanner and turned the Axle with 1/2 in wrench ( This is really tough , wear good gloves) 4. Put the Axle back into "A" Top/third hole 5.Put the "E" ring and cap back Along with the roller assemble to lowest setting i was able to achieve 1/2in cutting . I was very happy early spring lawn mowing with these changes. Hopefully i can go between 1 to 1 1/2 inch with just roller setting adjustment(need to check) with out opening it up again (its tough) .

Q:Why is my shipping label not completely printed? Toos mall or only part of it?

• A:If you were printing your labels on a regular printer previously, please change your label size from 8.5"x 11" to 4"x 6" on the website that generates your labels.
• Most platforms including eBay, Shopify, and others support both sizes but are set to 8.5"x 11" size by default.

Q:Why i am printing blank labels?

• A:1)The most common reason is that the labels were loaded upside down. Please ensure your labels are properly loaded, the tearable side up.
• 2)Ensure your labels are "Direct Thermal" labels, The paper enclosed in the package meets this condition.

Q. Can not set up with your Mac computer?

• A: If there is a error ‘pkg’can’t be opened because it is from undentified developer when installing the driver, please follow the steps below to allow the macOS to finish the installation.

Q:How to run the calibration of printer?

• A:1 ,Turn on the printer, Load at least 4 consecutive sheets of label into the printer.
• 2, When the loaded labels stop moving, press the FEED button(red/green light) and hold it until you hear one ‘beep’ sound, then release the button.
• 3, It will spit out two blank labels, and the label's gap should stop on the printer's edge. The LED will turn green after the printer confirms the laebl size.
