Answer:	The black handle/top unscrews and you can pour in your soap.

Answer:	Mine came with only one brush head that was attached to the handle.

Answer:	I have had the same problem as others. Breaks at the brush attachment and is unusable. I bought mine in January 2020 and it has already broken!! The bristles of the brush still look new. I would not recommend this brush!

Answer:	The top of the faucet (highest point of the 'arch') is 15 inches from the countertop. The top of the water handle is 8.75 inches from the countertop. I hope this info is helpful. I love this faucet, by the way!

Answer:	The water knob goes 1 inch each way to full hot and cold. The knob pulls straight out for full strength of water 2 1/2 inches. I hope this answers your question?

Answer:	Yes, it will stay in the spray mode indefinitely if you want it to. There is a toggle switch on the back side of the water head outlet that sets either stream or spray.
