Answer:	Yes, it can be adjusted. We redid two of our showers with these and absolutely LOVE them. The temp gauge is Celcius which took some getting use too but it gets up to 40 degrees C which is 104 Fahrenheit. I honestly haven't tested to see how cold it can get but it has a pretty good range.

Answer:	Assuming we understand your question, the spray coming out of all six nozzles is at equal pressure. That being said, a few things to note: 1. We have another shower with spray nozzles that don't have as many holes as the PULSE does. The spray coming out of those nozzles is much more forceful than the PULSE nozzles, but there there is considerably more water coming out of the PULSE nozzles. So, while the spray is "softer" (the PULSE literature refers to "silk nozzles"), you can actually bathe using just the nozzles, and the spray is nice and relaxing. But if you're looking for a hot-tub experience with massaging jets, this isn't it. 2. We did have some problems with the unit at first, but on advice from the PULSE technician, our plumber made some adjustments (quoting the plumber here - what he said is above my pay grade): a. He took off the connection to the diverter valve and removed the internal O ring that had acted as a restricter. b. He cleaned out a bit of debris from the nozzles. c. He replaced the pressure switch on our well, going from a 30-50 psi min/max to a 40-60, and then he adjusted the setting to 45 psi when the pump first comes on and shutting off at 65. Again, I'm not a plumber - hope that makes sense to you or your plumber. But we are very satisfied with the unit, and it's worth noting that the pressure of the water coming out of the hand-held wand is excellent.
