Answer:	We cut 400+ 1/2" thick corian window stools/sills. The stools/sills were approximately 12" wide by 48" long. We ripped an inch or so off of the width of each one and cut a couple of inches off of the length. The blade cut the corain smooth and clean.

Answer:	it was a test for me on vinyl sideing and it worked, but I have used 40 tooth 10" blades to cut pvc so I don't think you would have to run it bachwards.

Answer:	My door had a small aluminum tray at the bottom of the door on the inside to catch shower spray that hit the grass door and trickled down. The tray and was tilted to allow the excess water to spill into the shower, not under the door onto the bathroom floor. They tray was affixed to the aluminum door frame with small screws. The rubber seal fit between the tray and the door glass to prevent leakage from going behind the tray and dripping onto the bathroom floor.

Answer:	Hey Ryan, This unit does not have an internal blower wheel, so there are no real CFM’s for the MJ-950, however at the tip it does get to 1400 degrees F on full throttle. You can do a lot of damage at such high temps. And if that’s not hot enough, I don’t know what would be. Just be really careful if you go that route. Hope this helps! Kevin

Answer:	Not a good idea for several reasons, I'll only pick one: Car door handles contain plastic, as do the locking mechanisms. You would be better served to use a lock deicer rather than a heat gun. This unit gets hot enough to remove the paint from your car, so you'd surely melt the lock and handle into so much useless gunk.

Answer:	I use the one they sell Olson Saw AC70010 Saw Blade Lubricant Stick. Works great on aluminum, I use it for everything, wood, plastic, not steel. However I have cut steel with this type of blade but it requires a different coolant.

Answer:	I only used it to cut vinyl soffit. I would probably go with a fine tooth carbide tipped blade. I have cut aluminum angle iron and flat metal with that type of blade and had good results.
