Answer:	It is a very easy task for handy people. However, in certain circumstances the installation can be challenging even for the experienced ones. For example: I bought single piece toilets from Costco. You know the ones that have the toilet and flush as one piece. This is not an easy installation. The space between the toilet and back wall is very limited. The only solution to perform the toilet seat bidet installation is to remove the whole toilet. Then install the three way valve and the two hoses at the bottom of the tank. Caution: if you have a traditional toilet wax seal, it may need to be replaced if toilet is removed. Believe it or not, I had to do this task twice to install the two bidets in two bathrooms. However, those bidets are well worth it. You will know the difference in quality, workmanship, looks, and innovative design. I highly recommend this bidet to everyone.

The toilet seat bidets can be use for either a one piece or two piece toilets. In my opinion the toilet seat bidets are more flush with the toilet rather then the attachments which goes under the toilet seat. I also believe the seat version looks aesthetically much nicer then the attachment too.

Both nozzles are retracted when the bidet is not in use and it has a nozzle guard which provides extra cover for the nozzles when retracted. Due to the "simple" nature of the device there are two ways to turn the controls (which is simply a valve in the arm of the bidet), so with the single nozzle bidet one way is "wash" and the other way is "nozzle cleaning" but with the dual-nozzle one way is a "rear wash" and the other way is a "front wash".

Answer:	This bidet has a check valve which prevents backflow, hopefully your building will approve it for use. Unfortunately backflow preventers (typically involves more than just a check valve) being required is an old building code that has good intentions about public health and safety but isn't relevant to modern bidets. Answer:	You would need a different t-connector to connect the bidet hose to the water supply at the wall. Water supply valves at the wall can be either 3/8" or 1/2" and you'll need a tee with a 3/8" connection for the bidet hose.
