| Answer: | The hose is quite flexible. I have never had any problems with it stiffening like some others and becoming difficult to use until you figure out what went wrong. It never causes a problem. They manage to squeeze it into a small package, so it must be very flexible. The difference between 2.0 and 2.5 is not that much. The first thing you need to know is how much water is coming through the pipe. These gpm numbers are limits to save water. Many water supplies are under 2 gpm so the limits aren't even reached. One way to find out what your water pressure is to time how long it takes for your toilet to refill after you flush it (if you know how much water it uses per flush). |

If not completely tight that connection may drip). Easy and simple to install. 5-10 minutes, tops. No need for a installer. |

This, of course, is accomplished by using your hands to grasp the shower head and moving it where you need it. To adjust the spray hold the head in place with one hand while you move the spray adjuster with your other hand. If you are too short to reach the shower head you'll have to resort to the hand wand. | Answer: | Hello Lochlen - Plumbing regulations prohibit the option for allowing a function to completely restrict the flow of water. Completely shutting off or restricting flow rate to less than .5 GPM can allow scalding water to briefly burst out of the product when the flow rate is returned to full flow mode. This is due to the hot water rising to the top in the shower wall pipe. However, there is a water saving trickle setting that reduces the flow by at least 30%. |

Other than the need for a hose and maybe some Teflon tape to prevent leaks at the shower pipe that is all that is required to use this hand held shower head. I really like this model because you can just have it trickling water while you suds up and not waste water or have to turn your water off and on while showering. |
