Answer:	Not really, you have to change the curved arm to a straight arm 6 to 8 inches then attach the extension arm to that. Now the showerhead is far enough away from the wall so you can now stand under comfortably. If this isn't done your body will be right against the wall.

Question:	Does anybody’s shower head not give out high pressure
Answer:	The shower head is probably not giving you "High Pressure" like a regular shower head would. In the description you can read "A water flow of 2.5 gallons per minute". This is much higher than a normal shower head uses. (1.5 GPM is a good water saving water head). This is a rainfall shower head.
Question:	How do you process a warranty replacement
Answer:	I wish I new the answer to that question. Mine worked fine for a few months, then suddenly broke. After posting a video of the shower head malfunctioning (see reviews), at one point the seller responded (publicly) stating that the item was under warranty, but offered no other info as to where to send the shower head to for replacement. No other info was provided. Good luck.
Question:	How often do you need to replace the filter? Can we buy replacement filters
Answer:	The shower head comes with one extra filter. How often do you need to clean up? This is based on your water quality. Usually 3-6 months. As long as the water pressure does not weaken, or it can be longer. Need a replacement one? Just contact the harjue customer service, you can get a free one.
Question:	How can I fix the leaking where the shower head connects to the arm
Answer:	Usually, just connect the shower head to the shower arm. If there is still a leak. Add some Teflon tape (with a small Teflon tape in the adjustment arm) or add a leak-proof pad. Answer:	I have not wanted an increase in water pressure, however, I have been told that there maybe an insert that can be removed, so it is best to inspect the device when you receive it. Water restrictions are different for each country so manufacturers do not list this information it is up to the consumer to eye-ball the device to inspect if there is a restrictor and remove it.
Question:	My shower pipe comes out from the wall then bends to face straight down and is not angled like your typical shower pipe. Would this still work
Answer:	Yes, the easiest way to make this work is to purchase a pipe extension that will allow you to adjust the position of the shower head pipe before attaching the rain head. Answer:	I don't have a 5 gallon bucket handy, but I can say this head consumes water at a minimum of 3.7 GPM. I have a flow meter on my hot water output. at 60psi, with my shower on full hot, it reads between 3.6 and 3.7 GPM. I don't have a separate hot/cold controls, so there could be some cold water mixed with this which isn't reflected in the 3.7GPM.
