| Answer: | I have found it does that with mine too. It is the water that builds up in the shower head while using it. I think, with the water on, it seals a gasket so it doesn't leak. Once the water is turned off, the pressure drops and leaks from the gasket. It doesn't leak during use though. I found this didn't happen with a different manufacturer but the water savings on that one was worse. Figured the little amount that drips out after the water is turned off was like the water that comes through the faucet at the bottom just coming from a different location. |

| Answer: | Thank you for your inquiry. Activated carbon filters can remove low levels of sulfur sediment, manganese, and iron. However, maintenance and replacement of filter systems are very high because sulfur, iron, manganese and other suspended materials in the water soon clog the filter. So, while it may reduce the iron, it will not completely eliminate it and may require more frequent filter changes. |

| Answer: | No home filters are rated to take out heavy metals, the manufacturers don't want to get sued if you have excessive contamination that they can't completely remove. You should try the filter for three days, then take a water sample and send it to the lab to see how many contaminants are left. |

| Answer: | This is not a gravity filter. This filter works by water pressure forcing it through various chambers inside , I’m sure it will work even if its installed at any angle. That being said I won’t recommend this , ive had it for just about 6 months now and every time I use it rusty brown water comes out then clears , EVERY TIME . I complained to the company, the customer service rep says the same thing occurs in the one that she has in her own house. They are aware of this issue but will not do anything about it. |

| Answer: | The bidets that attaches under toilet seats are made for two piece toilets which means the toilet and water tank are separate. The toilet seat bidets can be use for either a one piece or two piece toilets. In my opinion the toilet seat bidets are more flush with the toilet rather then the attachments which goes under the toilet seat. I also believe the seat version looks aesthetically much nicer then the attachment too. |
