Question:	Are you sure that this table is 9.7in in height?. i think it is a typo. it looks alot taller. i need to know before i order
Answer:	Has a fan at top, turns on/off with a temp monitor when she to auto and also has on and off switch. Honestly though, the fan doesn't do much to blow any heat forward. It is only located on the top left. Poor designed fan. Heater itself is great but you have to guage the thermometer to a temperature over use.

Answer:	No, i bought this heater and the unit did not come with the blower. I contacted the company and they said it is suppose to ship separate and mine did not so they shipped me the blower. It is an easy install, 4 screws to remove the cover plate, and then plug the blower electrical plug in to the unit and then install 4 screws to hold the blower to the unit.
Question:	Is it safe to use on a wood deck
Answer:	This Mr. Heater is sold with the intention of connecting to a 110 outlet and I uses very little power. I seem to remember on the packaging container

Answer:	My heater sat outside all winter (in the South) and it did well without a cover. I put it in storage in the Summer. Getting ready to put it out again. I will not be using a cover.

The smallest pit that it would fit would be an about 31” rectangle, but I would not want it that close to the sides. In my opinion, this grate is perfect for either a 36” circular or square fire pit.

Question:	Do you need to clean and rinse the glass off before using
Answer:	Yes, the bag contains a lot of glass dust. It also has some smaller glass shards that I would recommend disposing of, as you don’t want them to clog the gas ports. I dumped it all in a bucket, added water and a small amount of Simple Green and swooshed them around with a wooden spoon. Didn’t have to rinse. Then I took them out with a clean gloved hand and put them on old towels to dry. They are Beautiful!! Enjoy!

Answer:	Hi. I had the same issue (clear glass is what came with mine). 3 or 4 options as I see it. The issue is that you are covering that boxy "vent" that sticks up in the fire bowl so uncover that area, problem solved. Option #2 Get "reflective" fire stones to mix in to transfix your friends and provide more alcohol. Add psilocybin as needed. #3 Get black reflective rocks. That could look really neat when you mix them with the crystal (diamonds!) reflective (5 lbs of each should be plenty. 3.5:1.5 seems like a neat sounding mix. Throw in .5lbs reflective red . Cool! #4 ALL of the above.

Answer:	I have not had any problems with mine. Make sure your charcoal is next to burner and glass is on top not touching burner.

Answer:	Cheap China Junk ! I bought 2 . Both had manufacturing defects and Blue Rhino offered no help . They said : try and return it !
