Answer:	Not so hot, unless you have very wide stairs and move them up sideways. Basically its a roughly 3-inch wide strap that attaches to a shoulder harness, so you carry the weight down through your torso and legs (big muscles) rather than just your arms, which are used to help guide the object. Problem with narrow objects like flat screen TVs (even in their original boxes) is that the strap can slip sideways a couple inches as you're negotiating stairs or turns. Not a big deal when the object is 2 feet wide, like a washing machine, but could be a real problem with long narrow boxes.

Answer:	Using these on stairs is “tricky”. In fact, using these takes a bit of practice and strength in any situation. However, we couldn’t have done our last move without them as we had some very, very heavy pieces. These are very high quality straps and harnesses but it does take getting used to. Two men of about the same strength is best. For stairs, I think a heavy duty hand truck is still the best option.

Question:	Had anyone used these to bench
Answer:	you can fold the hook out of the way and use them as a wrist strap but they are for pulling exercises.
Question:	will these hold up to being used regularly for heavy 300-400lbs deadlift and shrugs
Answer:	These are built heavy duty. I am not a big guy so i dont do that much weight, but I am currently doing unilateral shrugs using these, and I am up to 160# and they do fine. Sorry that i cant tell you about 300-400 lb lifts but they are built heavy duty.
