Answer:	I assume you have a Hans Grohe pressure balance valve with diverter which allows operation of either the shower head or hand held individually, not together.
Question:	Bought tub deverter & thermostatic & volume control trim. It appears to come with wrong valve. Main valve has only 1 function instead of
Answer:	If you were trying to hook up a shower head and hand shower combo, you bought the wrong model. This is a temp and pressure balancing valve for a single tap p. It works great, but you can’t control multiple taps.
Question:	Does this control the volume/pressure of the water
Answer:	Yes it does, the upper valve (smaller) control the Volume/Pressure and the lower valve (bigger) control the temperature so every time you shower you can shut the water off without having to change the temperature
Question:	The spec says it supports 1 outlet, but if I buy a diverter to go with it (diverter trim and a diverter valve), it will work with multiple outlets
Answer:	This particular model only can do one outlet. They make this same trim with a built in diverter for 2 outlets. It's a different model number (Hansgrohe 04231000 S Thermostatic Trim With Volume Control And Diverter). I have both the one outlet trim (for my shower only) and the 2 outlet trim (for a tub with shower). They both use the same Hansgrohe valve (IBox).

Question:	I misspoke in my previous question which may have been confusing. I meant to say, how do we pull the valve bodies out to extend the splines
Answer:	Hi, the valve (stem/splines) itself can't be extended. The only thing that can be done is to pull the entire valve body a bit close to you, then adjust and fix it.
Question:	how do you install sprayers
Answer:	Quite difficult for our plumber. Wall has to be open and the sprayers and pipe lates out on another board behind the shower board.
Question:	Can you install the shower head on the wall instead of the ceiling
Answer:	The arm that comes with the shower head is straight and meant to extend from the ceiling only. You would have to buy a separate bent arm to install on a wall.
Question:	Does this have a diverter that way i can use two things at once? Or does any of your products have it
Answer:	You can only turn the knob 1/2 way between, but there isn’t as much water pressure

Question:	What size is the inlet pipes
Answer:	Standard size. Check with a plumbing supply house, they can tell you. Mine went in perfectly and my plumbers had never seen them before. They are great!
Question:	These appear to not fasten to the wall in anyway....only attaches to the water lines. If your water lines wiggle will this faucet wiggle too
Answer:	Yes, the valve will "wiggle" too if the water lines wiggle. This valve is made to attach to 1/2" FPT fittings that are well-secured to the shower wall and spaced out at 150mm plus or minus about 14mm (about 9/16 inch), which is plenty of slop-room.
Question:	If i don't want to use the handheld and just use the rainfaill showerhead is it possible to not have a handheld
Answer:	This shower valve and temperature mixer has one water outlet, a 1/2" NPT connection (shown on the lower side right of the image I'm seeing). Since this connection is exposed, most people would connect it to a handheld, but really, what it is connected to is up to you. This valve/mixer does not have a feature to switch between two shower heads, such as a handheld and a rainfall showerhead. Answer:	When I ordered it it did not come with instructions either but I emailed the company and they sent some basic email diagram instructions but she must make sure when you mounted but it’s man it’s 30 instead of reinforced would to be safe

Answer:	I have this valve installed in my master bathroom. They can be used 1 at a time, any 2 at a time, or all three at once.

Question:	Does this system comply with the performance requirements for automatic compensating valves for individual showers and tubs asse
Answer:	I guess so because the plumber who installed it for us, was very surprised of the quality of this faucet..I assume its all good.
Question:	How does the diverter switch to the removable showerhead? The rainhead looking picture toggles the faucet and the other picture actives the rainhead
Answer:	One is faucet and one is rain head. When you push the faucet all the way left, it activates the wand. Works great and very easy.
Question:	Is the flowrate of 5.4 GPM for the two shower heads
Answer:	5.4 GPM is only for the rain shower head, and 3.2 GPM is for the handheld shower head in the default temperature of 38℃.
