Answer:	Absolutely, as the angle part of the bracket can be removed while you screw in the Tapcon. And, it is stainless, no rust! And, you can hang BBQ tools using included hooks, that hang on the angle part of the bracket.

Answer:	See no reason it won’t hold the weight. You will have to anchor properly for expected load. Brackets are very solid.
Question:	What is the Hole size
Answer:	The holes in the short arm measure .25" diameter, and the holes in the long arm measure .20" diameter.
Question:	I am mounting a 36x22 inch board, and it will hold ~80 lbs Will this work? Planning on 3 brackets in studs. This is for my lizards tank i want it safe

They must be installed into studs and not spaced more than 3 or 4 feet apart depending on the shelving you are planning to use with them. These are heavy duty 12 Ga stainless steel. The wall/stud will fail before the bracket does.

Answer:	I have the 6x10s, and measures about 4 1/4" from the corner to just past the strut on the short side. I'm guessing the smaller 5 1/2"x8" bracket won't get you quite to your 3 1/2" desired length, but you'd be close.

Answer:	I have the 8" brackets. The first hole on the longer arm is 1-1/16" from the rounded tip. The first hole on the shorter (5-1/2") arm is 5/8" from the squared off end. Note that the inner holes are directly in line with the diagonal brace making driving a screw possible only with an offset driver or equivalent.

Answer:	I’m not sure about the exact weight rating, but I would not suggest it. For something the size and weight of a microwave, you want something with a diagonal support or thicker gage steel. If space is a problem, you can probably get away with using these, but don’t lean on that shelf! maybe use 4 instead of 2?
