1. Does it need a neutral line? How could I know whether there is a neutral line？

Yes, it needs a neutral line.

The best way is to check the actual wires in the switch box, the neutral line is often going to be colored white, but it also may be other colors.

If there are multi-gang switches, that has a much higher likelihood of having neutrals.

If there is a wall outlet near the switch, most likely that switch box has a neutral.

If your house was built in the mid-1980s or later, there is an excellent chance that you have neutral lines in the box.

2. What is the difference between the single-pole switch, dimmer switch, and the 3-way switch?

The single-pole switch is designed to turn on/off the light at only 1 place, but could not control the fan speed or light brightness.

The dimmer switch is designed to turn on/off the light at only 1 place, besides, it also could control the fan speed or light brightness.

The 3-way switch is designed to turn on/off the light at 2 places, but could not control the speed and brightness. The 3-way switch also could be used as the single-pole switch.

3.I have a dual wifi router, How could I use it?

The smart switch needs 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi only, not suitable for 5Ghz

If it broadcast only 1 signal, you will need to go to the Wi-Fi management and create a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi signal first, choose it and enter the password.

If it is broadcasting both signals, the 5G signal will be ignored. You’ll just choose the 2.4Ghz WIFI and enter the password of it.

Question:	Does the switch need to be on the load side, or can it be used with the load going to the light, then switch to another 3 way switch
Answer:	I installed my switch on the load side with the lights connected to the "Line/load" wire, travelers to the other 3-way to the "Traveler" wires, and neutrals together. I believe it should work either way though, because the switch will always have power from one of the two travelers and the neutral will complete the circuit and allow the switch's internals to have constant power to remember wifi network info and such.

Question:	Can a single switch be used for the fan and the lights? Right now I have an On/off switch for the lights and and a speed control switch for the fan
Answer:	Yes if the regular bulb is dimmable, but smart bulbs can'be dimmed by smart dimmer.
Question:	Is it possible to install this 4 switches next to each other like you can do with regular light switches or will cover make that impossible
Answer:	Yes. But make sure that they are all on the same circuit. I have 10 led bulbs at an average 8 watts each and as long as the total wattage is within the design spec of the dimmer, it should be fine.
Question:	Does the led dimmer work with regular, non smart bulbs
Answer:	I can’t figure out how to get the remote to work but the app is called Ehome light. It works if you connect it to Bluetooth.

Question:	Can the LED on the smart switch itself be disabled
Answer:	Sorry, the indicator light can't be disabled. Glows green when off. Red when on.
Question:	How am i supposed to manually turn this off? It goes down to 1 but no off click
Answer:	just touch the display.......it turns the lights on and off.
Question:	Does it work with a 2-way switch or 3-way switch
Answer:	Look for my review dated 12-23-18 (review pending approval). If you are clever with wiring and setting up scenes you can get these working as 2-way and 3-way switches. Essentially you'll use one switch as the control switch and the others will act as remote controls.
