Answer:	The instructions are to pull out latches at the side of the tray and it shows a picture. Notice the diagonal arm supporting the tray and the chrome nut that holds the tray in place. At the end of the arm is a small upward circle of plastic (on the arm and something to grab). Pull sideways really hard on the end of these arms and the chrome screw on each side will pop out releasing the support for the tray.

To recap, the Revolution is approx. 20% lighter, has a quad-lock hinge (4 pins instead of 2 in the lock), and due to the new pins, it has a new lever called a "Rock Lock", which is a push and release lock on the sides to adjust the ladder. While any sort of weight reduction is a good thing (when still rated for the same load), don't let this weight reduction fool you into thinking the original model is overly heavy. I have the 22' model, and I find it easy to move around. The quad locks are debatably useful, as I have never felt my 2 pin design was unstable or even the least bit wobbly. The redesigned release locks do sound nice however, as the original ones take a little getting used to.

Answer:	When my ladder arrived, it wasn't in a box or a covering of any kind. The ladder appears to be brand new. I guess the seller feels this is the best way to ship them. I have no complaint with the ladder I received. Again, I repeat, it seems to be brand new with no damage or nicks. I hope your ladder is in a similar condition as mine.

Answer:	This is the best ladder I've ever used. My husband and I are older and my balance is not the best. I can plant my whole foot on the steps and it IS rock solid. It is light weight, folds up and out very easily and I can grip the top going up and down. It also has that extra step at the top to put stuff on. Honestly, it's wonderful. I feel totally secure changing lightbulbs in ceiling fixtures, watering plants on top of bookcases, hanging curtains, and washing picture windows....and it does not move.
Question:	What is the measurement from the ground to the very top step
Answer:	It will hold either one. The overall platform is roughly 13 x 13-1/2 inches, although I have set boxes larger than that on it. (You just have to make sure that whatever is set on it is not too tall, or it will bump into the horizontal hand grip at the top). The platform itself has indentations for a gallon size (roughly 12") paint can, a smaller can, a cup, a pencil, holes for screwdriver shanks, and a couple other odd shape indentations. It is very well designed.

Answer:	Yes, it stands good. Like any rack like this, you are supposed to load it from the bottom. If you load it from the top, of course it will become top heavy and tip over.

Answer:	8 inches. Tall enough for any single DVD and most boxed sets; i.e., my Chaplin metal box resides on the top shelf because it's a too tight fit for the other shelves.

Answer:	I put paperback books on mine and it is not mounted to the wall. Unless it’s sitting on thick carpet, it doesn’t have to have the wall mounts. At least for me it doesn’t.
