Answer:	I do not know first hand but I would doubt it. Recycled paper products don't know the source of their stock.
Question:	Does this come with 3 1/2 inch clear plastic tabs
Answer:	NO, it comes with the small ones. Years back,when I bought both Legal and letter size folders in colors (to color code folders as to topic); I also bought a bunch of 3-1/2 Pendeflex tabs, in clear, yellow, green, blue, Orange & violet ... back when you could still get them in colors. The File Folder demand is down, due to computers, but the thinking & cautious person, creates and files the source documents. Remember Murphy's Law.
Question:	Is this really 13 inches wide as per description? So it's bigger than regular letter size 11 inches
Answer:	No, they actually measure 11 3/4 inch x 9 1/4 inch. That 13 inch measurement you are reading is for the box come in.

Answer:	These are the standard size files for a file cabinet or drawer made to have a guide on top to fit if the drawer is for that purpose or in a separate metal frame designed for them to sit. They are 12 1/4 inches wide where the guide is and 9 1/4 inches deep.

Question:	Is the weight of the paper 14pt, heavy weight, or regular weight 11pt
Answer:	Regular.
Question:	What is the thickness of the material the folder is made of
Answer:	It's relatively thin, but not flimsy. Less thick than a typical greeting card, hanging file folder, or folder with pockets. More like the cover of a pocket paperback book. But not super wobbly and with good overall integrity.
Question:	How is it damaged
Answer:	My shipment was not damaged. You could damage the file folders by ripping, cutting, burning, shredding, soaking, and spilling dye or paint on them. After that you have to be creative.
Question:	Are there 3 cut tabs in each color or does one color only have all the same tab
Answer:	The ones I received each color has three folders of each tab cut, left, middle and right so nine folders of each of the four colors, 36 total. I hope that helps in your decision.
