Answer:	Just to expand slightly on prior answers, normally a residential service feed is 240 volts between the two incoming hot legs. There is also a neutral leg, which (hopefully) has zero potential with reference to ground. The voltage between either one of the hot legs and the neutral leg is 120 volts. The 120 volt circuits in your house are connected to one or the other of the two hot legs, and only one. An attempt is made to assign circuits to the two hot legs in a way that will roughly balance the load between them. The other side of a 120 volt circuit is connected to the neutral leg. There is additionally a safety ground run with the circuit, which also ties into the panel. Certain devices require more power (work product of current and voltage) than is practical to deliver using a 120 volt circuit. Common examples are your clothes dryer, and your electric stove. These devices are powered by both hot legs, with a difference in potential of 240 volts. This water heater is also such a device.STRONG BUT FRIENDLY WARNING: If you did not already know this, please don't make wiring this water heater your learning opportunity with electricity. Answer:	The National Electrical Code requires conductors and overcurrent protection to be sized at 100% of the manufacturer's branch circuit recommendation for tankless electric water heaters. A 60 amp breaker is the same price as a 40 or 50, it is the wire that costs more. #6 AWG wire is required for a 60 amp circuit. If you undersize the wire it could overheat and catch fire. Answer:	I would say yes as I understand it the concentric is just the air intake and exhaust you would have condensation either way. I have mine draining into a reservoir with a pump that pumps it to the drain. If you install withount it will just blow water on the ground and there's your answer.

Answer:	To test the unit I connected it to an outside faucet. I filled a 5 gal bucket in 1 min 10 seconds. Incoming water temp 52 degrees. Outgoing 136 with T Stat set to 140. Water psi set to 28psi.

Answer:	In south Texas here, probably the same inlet temp out of my well. Just filled a jacuzzi while running three sinks to try and get the 36kw plus model to blow my breaker. Got hot hot water but couldn't get it to trip the main breaker. This is the best thing for jacuzzis!

Question:	We have a 500sq' apt. 1 kitchen sink, 1 lav sink and tub/shower. This tankless heats water to both sinks but nothing to the tub/sh. Help
Answer:	Sinks have aerators to slow down the water where a tub doesn't. It sounds like one possibility is that your exceeding the GPM for this heater. Next possibility, double check an measure your actually getting at least 240v at the heater, I had an issue where my unit was only getting 235v an it was causing a similar issue where only one of the two heating elements was activating. I had it set to 125F but it was coming out 100F. It was warm and without a meter I would of thought it was working correctly until I tried filling a tub. It couldn't even get the water warm. I pulled my wires out an restripped an cut an screwed them in an it fixed my problem, now its measuring around 245v. Make sure there is no copper showing after screwing down your input wires. Now filling the tub I noticed after about 10-15 seconds the water gets too hot to touch. I set it to 135F.

Answer:	No tank, so, no overflow line required. It mounts on the wall. A pan is needed if required by building code in your city.

Answer:	5.7 gallons at a 40 degree rise based on the energy guide. The documentation on Rheem's website does offer a whole range based on ground water temp. You may have to dig for it through the many guides and the likes they have though.

Answer:	Hi there, this unit REQUIRES an internet connection, based on a WiFi (wireless) connection. Once the device establishes an internet connection to the Honeywell cloud (which is cool!) you can effectively control the thermoostat from anywhere you have an internet connection.... even your smartphone. Answer:	The WiFi setup requires you to create an account on mytotalconnectcomfort.com. It’s not that hard. The biggest problem with this thermostat is the unreliable remote connectivity ever since Honeywell spun off their thermostat division 6 months ago. Now it’s frequent periods of time where the thermostat will not respond to remote commands. It’s maddening
Question:	What if i have a C wire
Answer:	When you put it on circulate, the fan comes on for about 10 minutes every 20 minutes or so. The owners manual says it runs about 35% of the time. I used this feature this Fall with the system off (no heat or a/c) just to circulate the air through my Filtrete filters.
Question:	Can you create a fan schedule? I’d like the fan to always run from 10pm until 6am
Answer:	These thermostats are not the same. Even the screen is different. The RTH9580 doesn't have the 3D look of the 9300 series.
