Answer:	The heater is designed to be installed in the wall 4" above the floor. It would not be recommended being installed in the floor.
Question:	I just received my new heater. Are the interior components supposed to be connected to the can with just one screw? It seems a bit insecure
Answer:	there are a couple tabs down on the bottom of the unit that hold that part in- seems to be solid

Answer:	This can be wired for several wattages during installation, including 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250 and 1500 watts. Please see installation guide included with the heater for requirements.
Question:	How long do these typically last? i have an older dec2422 from 2009 that i may need to replace already
Answer:	I have five of these that I installed as part of room by room remodels starting in 1998-99, replacing old baseboard heaters. One is a 120v and the rest are this model. We vacuum them occasionally, and twice a year we pull the grills off and clean them more thoroughly. All but one are doing fine. The one that is starting to fail is in our main bathroom. We think it's failing due to all the moisture in there since we have three teens lined up every morning for hot showers. Even then, that one's lasted 14 or 15 years, and we're replacing it with another just like it as part of a larger remodel (along with better ventilation). All the other heaters are working fine, including the ones we bought in the late 90's. I'm happy with these heaters, and plan to stick with the King brand.

Answer:	Heater elements draw a lot of amps which will cause the circuit breaker to trip. Most likely you have other loads drawing amps on your circuit which is overloading

Answer:	1) I wish it could be set at one temp setting. It heats up to 174 F and then cycles off. I bought controls for mine, but I have not torn it apart to connect the controller.2) I have no idea as to the BTU's but its low. 1500W isn't much. It keeps my work space at 55 F when its in the teens outside.3) CFM is around 300 to 400. At 8' it feels like a strong draft.

Answer:	The battery life is awful. I’ve charged it fully, taken right off the charger and gone out, and it’s lasted as long as 40 minutes and as little as 17 minutes with a full charge.

Answer:	It is about 1/4th of an inch

Answer:	They are not particularly loud. I am not very knowledgeable about trains so I don't know how loud you need it. I used them for a voice output switch to assist a student with disabilities and the switch must be turned up fairly loud to hear. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I don't know! Sometimes I leave mine on all night and other nights turn it on or off during the night. I absolutely love it though. So glad I got it. I ended up getting two. Do you want it on more than 10 hours?

Answer:	This answer was found on the WWW : My new blanket works great. Then I changed my sheets and would get the F2 problem. Very consistent after 5 tries with F2 blinking by unplugging at wall outlet and comes on with F2 blinking. Let it rest a night and still the same. Then I unplug it at the blanket. Hmm, notice a pin was lower than the others. PUSH BACK IN FIRM and tried again. Perfect.

Answer:	I have 3 of these on my boat and they work great. The heater isn’t influenced by the thermostat’s closeness to the heater. Mine are installed just above the floor in different rooms. Two of the heaters are original to the boat build in 1987 all are high quality and fairly quite and won’t disturb sleeping when operating.

Answer:	This will replace the 58t1s as it is also a single pole thermostat however the knob and sticker may be different than the 58t1s.

Answer:	Yes it will. The thermostat is in the switch. To reach desired temp in the room, you have to set the temp a little higher.
Question:	Will this fit properly on the w1215 wall heater
Answer:	I installed this thermostat control on my room heater and it works great. I wired my in the wall space heater with 230 volts and it only take a few minutes and it will go up above 110 degrees if you so desire. The switch works great.

Question:	Can this 240v unit be run off of a 120v line? Will the unit operate albeit at a lower wattage
Answer:	No, the 240V unit can not be run off a 120V line. The model# for a 120V unit is WHF1215-W
Question:	Is it normal to have loud wind noise? Mine is measured around 50 db
Answer:	It's a fan. So yes.
Question:	It has a ground wire and two black wires. WHich black wire connects to supply white wire or does it matter
Answer:	This is a 220v unit . you should have TWO live wires , Usually one is black and one is white . It does not matter which live wire goes to which black wire on the heater . If your voltage is only 110v . the heater will run at 750 watts only .
Question:	Can this be converted to 110v

Answer:	No, the King Electric PSH2440TB is made in China.
Question:	can it be set on shelf or floor
Answer:	The floor would probably be better.
Question:	where is the thermostat/temp control knob on the unit
Answer:	On the back of the unit. It is not calibrated for a specific temperature set, but in my experience turning the knob about 1/2 way will shut off the heater coils at about 65 degrees.
