Question:	Can heater be installed in floor
Answer:	The heater is designed to be installed in the wall 4" above the floor. It would not be recommended being installed in the floor.
Question:	I just received my new heater. Are the interior components supposed to be connected to the can with just one screw? It seems a bit insecure
Answer:	there are a couple tabs down on the bottom of the unit that hold that part in- seems to be solid
Question:	How do you wire this up for 250 or 500 watts? i only need it to pul between 250-500 as the space i am heating is small and power is very limted
Answer:	This can be wired for several wattages during installation, including 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250 and 1500 watts. Please see installation guide included with the heater for requirements.
Question:	How long do these typically last? i have an older dec2422 from 2009 that i may need to replace already
Answer:	I have five of these that I installed as part of room by room remodels starting in 1998-99, replacing old baseboard heaters. One is a 120v and the rest are this model. We vacuum them occasionally, and twice a year we pull the grills off and clean them more thoroughly. All but one are doing fine. The one that is starting to fail is in our main bathroom. We think it's failing due to all the moisture in there since we have three teens lined up every morning for hot showers. Even then, that one's lasted 14 or 15 years, and we're replacing it with another just like it as part of a larger remodel (along with better ventilation). All the other heaters are working fine, including the ones we bought in the late 90's. I'm happy with these heaters, and plan to stick with the King brand.

Answer:	It blows hot air as opposed to electric baseboard heaters. It has performed extremely well in a large cathedral ceiling beach house. Very happy with it, but I assume it has a fan if air is blowing out.

Question:	Does this have a fan
Answer:	This transformer only has two output contacts. You should examine the wiring for your current transformer and move them as they are currently wired. If you need a more 'educated' answer, you should contact Ring tech support. - That's certainly what I would do...
Question:	Why does my heater keep turning off
Answer:	The transformer is designed to thread into a knockout hole in the electrical box providing the AC power. In all modern (metal) electrical boxes, the incoming power wires will have a ground lead which is screwed onto the box. In the case of plastic (ugh!) boxes, it may be necessary to wrap a ground wire under the nut when fastening the transformer onto the box. - Other than for grounding the transformer itself, no grounding wire should be necessary.
Question:	How many sq. ft. will this heat
Answer:	The jumper wires are to bypass the doorbell chime. They just connect the transformer directly to the doorbell button. Currently there is no way to use your chime with the Eufy doorbell so you have to bypass the chime and use the wireless one included with the doorbell.

Answer:	No, the 240V unit can not be run off a 120V line. The model# for a 120V unit is WHF1215-W

Answer:	It's a fan. So yes.
Question:	Using it in a seasonal cabin, can the heater be turned off on unit
Answer:	This is a 220v unit . you should have TWO live wires , Usually one is black and one is white . It does not matter which live wire goes to which black wire on the heater . If your voltage is only 110v . the heater will run at 750 watts only .
Question:	Does this heater have a running fan? Is it noisy? or does it just allow the air to pass through naturally

Answer:	If it's 240v then it would be 6.25Amps. (1500w/240v = 6.25) I only add this because, I see it listed as 240 volts on the other page.

Answer:	I have the classic and after looking at the instructions which say it can use 9-24v I replaced my 16v with this one. Works fine.

Answer:	You will want around 10W/ft or 1400W for your room size. The KCV1215-W will best suit the size of your room at 118"/1400W/120V. You can also combine 2 smaller cove heaters to obtain the desired wattage for your room as long as the total amperage does not exceed the amperage of your thermostat.
