Answer:	It has an insulated cord with a plug but as I remember the plug was configured for a traditional dryer plug and I had a more traditional 220 plug for a welder or industrial equipment. I don’t remember for sure except it wasn’t compatible with my 220 outlets. It’s not a big deal to change the plug regardless.

Now you will be able to operate your heater with Google home in Fahrenheit. Answer:	All electrical resistance heaters convert 100% of the energy they use to heat. The efficiency question comes in, as Heat Storm says, when you ask where is the heat going (fan blows it into the room where you are - so good) and does it create too much heat (thermostat shuts it off when the air is warm enough - good). The answer from Amazon Customer on December 7, 2020 is incorrect. Every last watt will become heat in the room, even the light from the glowing element will become heat in the room unless you point the heater out an open window - don't do that, and you're all set.
Question:	Is there an automatic shut-off feature after a certain number of hours of operation
Answer:	Mine NEVER SHUT OFF. Even setting the timer for 8 hours it never would shut off. They only way to turn it off is to unplug it. But honestly, it doesn’t heat anything so I don’t think there’s any harm except to your pocketbook if it runs all day. It’s also suppose to with over WiFi from anywhere in the world however the app crashes upon startup so there is no WiFi. Please look elsewhere.

Answer:	No It is not 3 phase, but it is 220 volts and not 115 volts, to wire it it needs two hot wires and a ground, I said ground, being AC current the two hot wires alternately act as a neutral. With 115 volts you would need one hot wire, one neutral wire, and a ground wire. This furnace will work on 220 volts only.

Answer:	I have this heater in my garage which is 40 x 30 feet with 12 foot ceiling. The walls are cement block which are sand insulated.this heater does a great job in my garage. It heats up quickly and well controlled heat temps. Would not trade it for any other kind of heat or heater. I give it a high rating and am a very satisfied customer.

Answer:	This is not a subject of opinion; it is a very specific matter, lest one burn to death in a fire. Whatever or whomever suggests anything else, is dead wrong! Ohm's Law is a fundamental law of physics, and the NEC governs everything! Amperage is calculated by dividing Wattage of the appliance by manufacturer's stated Voltage supply. Period. Street voltage can run from 220 to 240, so always go with the higher, and the current must never exceed the breaker, or it will do its job and break to prevent overload. 10,000 Watts divided by 240 Volts equals 41.6 Amps. This unit requires a 50 Amp breaker. Answer:	I would not recommend installing this anywhere that a drop of water could splash or spray on the hot bulbs which are exposed. better to install outside of the shower enclosure, in an area that remains dry and protected from overspray.

Answer:	Yes, in fact it is wired for that and the instructions describe how to wire it both ways: with 2 heat lamps (controlled by one switch), or with one heat and one illumination lamp (using two separate switches). Answer:	I don't know. I can tell to you that we take them to hotels all the time. For both deodorizing and to kill germsome. We usually check in and get them going. Go have dinner. Come back and cut air on and room smells like it just rained!! Plus all the bacteria are clobbered too.

Question:	Can this greenhouse fan heater heat a large space or only small
Answer:	While this adjustable thermostat heater is small in size, it's heating my new larger garage. The fan really helps circulate the heat and it heats the room easily to 70 degrees. You can buy one and try it, believe me the heater works well.
Question:	Does this electric fan heater unit sense and maintain an ambient temperature and shut off at times or is it full time heat
Answer:	As far as I know, the heater will maintain ambient temperature. It warms quickly and maintains the temp you’ve set, the heat is continuous, so as far as I can tell the answer is yes. The heater will auto shut off when overheating because of overheat protection. It's really safe.
Question:	How well would this portable space heater unit heat my smallish 2 car garage
Answer:	The heater will depend on where you live. Also it depends on how well insulated your garage. I believe it would do a good job if its insulated. This electric garage heater can be adjustable heat setting and heat up in three seconds, So you can feel the heat soon.
Question:	I'm a little unclear re the thermostat that this heater has...e.g. can you set this up to keep a greenhouse above a certain temp like 32 degrees
Answer:	I live in central Texas, and I have a 12'X13' greenhouse. I use 3 of these heaters when it gets cold here, like in the 20's, and it keeps the temps inside the greenhouse in the upper 40's. They really put out a lot of heat for their size. I could probably get by with 2 heaters to keep the plants safe from freezing, but I use 3 just to be on the safe side. As far as a temp control, it has 2 knobs. One knob is has 3 settings to operate the fan, which is off, low fan and high fan. The other knob controls the heat like a knob on a stove. I move the knob all the way to the right to keep the fan and heat going all the time. You can adjust it like you want. I have a GFCI breaker on my electrical outlets in my greenhouse, and I had 2 heaters on one 2-plug outlet, and it tripped the GFCI breaker. I put one heater on one 2-plug outlet, and it worked fine. Question:	Is this cost efficient? Plan on using for a few hours a day, did your electricity bill increase by a lot
Answer:	If you use it every day, for extended periods, you will see an increase in your electricity use, which will translate to an increase in your bill. I took the path of using masking tape to block all the outdoor winter air leaking into my apartment around the sliding doors and windows to reduce/minimize the need to use the heater. You do not want to use this heater as your primary heat source.
Question:	Is it easy to clean / how often do you clean
Answer:	Yes. Just vacuumed it. How often depends on pets and long hair, dust etc.
Question:	How long is the cord
Answer:	without actually measuring it, I would estimate its length at about five feet.

Answer:	It will stay turned on and run all night if you are comfortable with it doing so. There is no automatic shut off switch. I might suggest buying a plug in timer if that makes you more comfortable.

Answer:	This heater has hot and arcing parts inside and could be a fire hazard in a woodworking shop if placed in an area with a lot of wood dust.
Question:	What sqare footege is this ideal for
Answer:	I have a 20x30x10h shop. Lots of windows coverage. Non insulated floors above open front20x30x8 area. On a 30 degree day with help of a overhead fan it get up to 60. But must have a fan to move the air or I notice the area around heater warms up and shuts fan off early. Have heard about the temp wire being moved outside of heater may try that. Once the max temp you set is reached it does want to cycle on and off constantly. I just turn it off. It’s extremely nice to have. I haven’t seen a electric bill yet or used it more than a couple of hours aday. It’s definitely a 8 guage wire and 40 amp install. Im happy .

Question:	How low can the thermostat be set to control
Answer:	The thermostat on the heater is marked off, low and high. You can set it anywhere you want from off to high. I turn it until it comes on, let it run and adjust it up or down as needed. It works great, keeps my 1000 sf uninsulated garage around 50 degrees in below freezing temps.
Question:	How many amps will this 7500w unit draw? Breaker and wire size
Answer:	To find amps , divide watts (7500) by the voltage (240 , that's what 2 phases in your house is.) that equals 31.25 amps. so use # 8 wire on a 2 pole 40 amp breaker. You can't use a 30 amp breaker on anything that draws more than 30 amps . It may not trip , but it's not legal , or safe.
Question:	Can i hook two of these to one 60 amp breaker
Answer:	No. There is more to this. The unit is rated at 32 amps 240 but starting amps is much higher. This unit requires a 45 amp breaker and pulls about 38 amps when it starts on high and levels out at 31.8 for the one I have. You must run 8 gauge wire on a 240 line with no neutral.
