Answer:	That is dependent on your age, body type, severity of your condition. A good chiropractor would be your best bet as to how to start. I have spinal stenosis and a mild scoliosis in my late 60’s. I started slowly 2 to 3 times per week at a mild incline working up to 40 degrees and every other day. Good luck

Question:	Will this table go completely vertical
Answer:	No. It almost does. It lacks about 5% from being completely straight up and down.
Question:	What is the width between the bars where your hips are
Answer:	There is 19 1/4 inches width at the hips. The bars are a little wider, but the swing arms are inside of the bars and they are the important dimension.
Question:	How large of an area do you need for this? I can’t find the dimensions anywhere
Answer:	A free area of at least 30 inches wide by 6 foot + long. It would be best to have a bit more room.
Question:	Are you able to easily fold this up for esy storage? Or would you have to get tools and partially disassemble it
Answer:	It doesn't fold up very small (a disappointment) as you have to leave it partially open so it sets on both front and back legs. I made the mistake of putting the pin where they suggest for storage, then forgetting to remove it before opening it; the pin got crammed into the storage hole and needed pliers to pull it out. Other than that, I love it!

Answer:	According to FSA research online: "An inversion table is eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA) with a letter of medical necessity. They are not eligible for reimbursement with limited care flexible spending accounts (LCFSA) and dependent care flexible spending accounts."
Question:	Does it fold up for storage
Answer:	My best investment lately, it is super sturdy but does not fold up in any way.
Question:	How well does it work for a person 5'4'' in height
Answer:	I'm 5'4" and the only problem I have is that where your legs curl up as you're hanging is a little uncomfortable. But my husband is 5'10" and he had the same issues so I'm thinking it's just the way it's made. Other than that, this was the best money I've ever spent. I've had back issues for years and have done physical therapy several times, this machine has done more for my back than all my physical therapy. This came recommended to my by my trainer at the gym and I have to say it's changed my life! On the days I'm in pain, I use it and 'bang" I'm back to normal. There are times when it hurts more than normal and I just consistently use this for about a week and it goes away. It's a maintenance thing too. Buy this, you won't regret it!

Answer:	I've never used that brand of table, I'm sure they are as good as any and better than most. I have owned and used a cheap one and an expensive one by Nordic Trac. Definitely liked the Nordic Trac better. The Dex gives BETTER decompression of the lower back and at least as good on the rest of the back; however, the Dex won't hyper-extend your ankles and knees which any doctor will tell you is bad for them. Especially if you are over 30. inversion is highly recommended by my chiropractor as long as it is NOT ankle support. I love this thing. NOTE: Avoid cheaper brands, they have been known to break at the welds. Guess when that happens! Teeter bought this model from original company. I was glad to see they maintained the quality of build AND lowered the price. I was about to pay the higher price to them when they closed operations. This is a great machine. I was really glad to see it come back to market.

For safe use of any inversion table it is a very good idea to set the tether strap to the desired angle before getting on the table, that way you do not have to fear going back too far. This nylon tether strap if fully and easily adjustable to about 60 degrees. If you want to go to a more extreme angle simply unhook the strap.

Answer:	It is 1/4 inch outer diameter. Definitely not 5/16 inch. It would not fit the quick connector.
