Answer:	Not sure if you have a spare filter? Without a spare dry filter, replacing the wet one into the air cleaner is a bad idea. You may want to use compressed air from the inside of the filter to remove the dust (do not forget to wear a dust mask) and then replace it. I do three steps; compressed air, wash, and allow to dry.

Answer:	I have 2 5T units in house that uses this filter and after changing many various Mfr filters which all seemed to work comparably well and about the same in last 21+ years, never once did I ever think about counting pleats. All I ever counted was the price! Did I miss something?? Bill

Answer:	The N95 masks are the equivalent to a MERV 16. Our MERV 13 filters are made with a 100% synthetic filter media with a wire backing glued in a cardboard frame. There are no harmful materials in the MERV 13 media itself. If you use the media it will not filter as small of a partical as the N95 but it help filter out 1.0–0.3 μm particle size. These filters can filter bacteria, droplet nuclei (sneeze), cooking oil, most smoke and insecticide dust, most face powder, and most paint pigments.

Answer:	...Griffen, he was the original o.g, the triple diple o.g, the double o. capital .g, the Ompa Oprah talk show host of his time! HEEEERRRRRRREEEEE'SSSSS...MERV!! I'm just kidding! It stands for; "Minimum Efficiency Rating Value" There are 1-16 ratings with "1" being the worst and " 16" of course being the best! I tend to get the MERV11 in a 4" thick pleated filter because it traps everything I'm most worried about like dust, mites, pet dander, bacterias, allergic pollen and when my daughter cooks or burns something in the oven, kitchen smoke! Keeping all that "sheet" out of the distribution process of hot/cold air being deposited throughout the many registers in my house not only protects my family, but it helps to prolong the system and house by keeping it all clean and dust free!! Don't skimp when it comes to selecting that MERV rated filter or you may end up replacing more than just the filter. Read the specs on the system you own to be sure you're using the correct size filter and change it every six months or less depending on your environment.

Question:	My furnace takes a 4" filter, does that mean I need to stack 4 of these together
Answer:	The filter is smaller than 16x25x4...it says so right on the filter. It’s a very loose fit. And the filter is very cheaply made.
Question:	is the filter (and frame) flexible? the access to my furnace is such that it wont allow me to slide it in horizontally
Answer:	Don't listen to these people. You should not put anything above a merv 2 on your return air duct. If in doubt contact the company that makes your unit and ask them and they'll probably tell you the same. My dad's been in the business of heating and air since before I was born and he's always hated these filters and said a heating and air unit is NOT an air filter for a house and shouldn't be used as one. Using this restricts the air flow, makes the thing work harder and thus reduces the efficiency and burns it out faster. If you want to filter your air i sounds funny but get a box fan and get a size 20x20x1 air filter and tape it or bungee strap it to the back of the fan and it'll filter your air. If you burn up a $15 fan it's no big deal compared to an expensive unit.

Answer:	They say is performs better than fiberglass and from that I would think it does not contain any fiberglass.

Answer:	these filters are great for regular dust, but for construction dust I don't know, it may also depend on how often you change it.

Answer:	This filter cleans down to 5 microns. The inside filter that is behind this one cleans down to 1 micron I think.

Answer:	I do not have an exact answer to your question as I do not have a Delta 200 air filtration system. However, just based on the dimensions of the filter you are considering, 24 x 12 x 0.5 the frame is 0.5 narrower which may make it loose in the housing and allow dust to bypass and due to the thickness/filtering capacity it may not be suitable for the Delta unit. Only a thought, not a practical experience.

Can I use two 12x24 filters on a 24x24 filter housing

Answer:

I haven't tried to run this for that long a period of time, but, from the perspective of power, the battery will last roughly 90 minutes. If you plug it in, it can run as long as you like. From a storage perspective, you'd need to calculate the amount of storage required based on the resolution. If I take a crazy guess - you could go thru 20-40 gig at higher resolutions. If you buy the recomended 128gig memory card, you should have plenty of space. You can google "how much storage space is required to video record for 6 to 8 hours" and find information on storage space requirements.
