Answer:	Wondering the same. Would like to purchase the black option shown....?
Question:	can we install this over backsplash tile? If yes, how to install? using screws or liquid nails
Answer:	Absolutely! That's exactly what I did. I positioned the panel and marked the 4 holes where the screws will go through the tiles, then drilled the appropriate size holes for the hex head stainless steel screws (bought at Home Depot). I used construction adhesive to be the primary bond for the panel. Important!! Do not apply too much pressure when pressing the panel against the tiles to avoid dents which will show under the lighting of the range hood. By the way, don't use Windex or a similar ammonia chemical to clean the stainless steel panel, because it will leave a haze and streaks. Instead use a sponge with hot soapy water (dish soap)... wiping only in the direction of the grain in the stainless steel.
Question:	Can this be cut....we have an outlet that needs tobe cut out..stainless is harder then sheet metal
Answer:	It absolutely can be cut; an ablative heat shield it is not. It's thin - like really, really thin: literally the thickness of a playing card - so you can cut with a pair of small tin snips. The problem there is doing so will add dents or creases, unless you really know what you're about. I'd advise clamping it to a sheet of plywood and using a cut-off wheel on a Dremel or other rotary tool. WEAR GOGGLES AND GLOVES, and cut a little out from the actual edge you want to keep, then use a file to smooth out any burrs.

Answer:	lower grade stainless like 301, 302 and 304 will be magnetic but not a lot of holding 312 and 316 surgical stainless is not magnetic

Answer:	The answers do not resolve this question, so I watched an installation video to educate myself and relay the information on. What appears to be a straight edge in the product photos is actually the area where the next tile overlaps. So, you actually have a small portion of two tiles that do overlap, not just butt up against one another. This is why you do not see the wall behind, should there be a slight misalignment of tiles. When you do come to a corner or a vertical piece of trim (perhaps in the case of coming to a refrigerator opening or the end of the overhead cabinet), the tile has to be cut vertically to establish a straight edge. I sincerely hope this clarifies matters for everyone...it does for me.

Question:	Does it leave sticky glue behind after removing
Answer:	Loctite panel adhesive works great. Follow the instructions. Use blue painter's tape or other such tape to hold in place. It has a 15 minute tack time. I put up a 30" x 30" and a 36 x 30. I have some smaller pieces that have been in place for 6 years and are still secure with no issues.

Please note that rough surfaces such as porous wood, embossed ceramic tiles or textured wallpaper are not suitable to install; NOT all the latex/repainted walls can be installed directly, for latex or repainted wall, the 3M Spray Adhesive is recommended.

1.Measure the area you will cover and transfer the measurements to the back side of the

contact paper. Grid lines on the back will assist you in measuring accurately.Cut the contact

2.Peel away approximately 1 inch of the backing paper. Line up the exposed contact paper with

one edge of the applying surface. Press down lightly to bond the paper and the surface together.

3.Smooth the paper from the center outward, working toward both the left and the right. Grip

the backing paper that is peeled away and pull slightly so that the backing comes off little

by little while you press the paper down with the squeegee.

4.If there is a bubble under the paper, you can use a small straight pin to poke tiny holes in the

bubble, and smooth down from the edges of the bubble toward the hole to smooth out air

bubbles under contact paper.
