Answer:	Amazon seems to be cross post this on different aftershokz products. The aftershokz aeroplex definitely will not fit a large head. Answer:	There is no way for and end user to change the beep volume. Supposedly, Aftershockz is aware of this. Their "R & D department is "working on this" and a "product of lower beep sound" will be "introduced to the production line" and "the volume of the sound will drop by 3dB". (Source: A contact us / support request email exchange with Aftershockz in JAN 2021. No indication of which model or when this improvement will be introduced, but I am hoping soon and that they tell us when it happens). If I remember correctly, the beeps on my older Trekz Titanium were a lot quieter. The loudness of beeps on my recently purchased (Jan 2021) Aeropex Mini is very jarring and almost painful if I am wearing ear plugs or in a quiet environment. I find that loud beeps aren't as bad if I am not wearing ear plugs, but definitely annoying and a bit uncomfortable. In my opinion, this is a SERIOUSLY BAD DESIGN decision by Aftershockz. This has CHANGED my view of the Aeropex / Aeropex Mini from a really AMAZING, NEARLY PERFECT product, to something that I am SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING RETURNING. (Since language settings can be changed by the end user, I think Aftershockz should seriously consider a programming a setting where you can mute these beeps for those sensitive to loud or abrupt sounds.) (NOTE: I tried lowering & muting my ring tone and adjusting max volume settings on my phone per other commenter's suggestions, but this has not had any effect on the loudness of the headset button beeps. I am not using an iPhone though.)

Answer:	I'm not sure what the "dream care" formula is but I do know the sheer volume conditioner is very very thick and tends to weigh hair down. I wouldn't suggest for anyone other than those with really thick or curly hair.
