Answer:	I suspect it would be safe if between the wall and the top cover of the baseboard, assuming you have standard baseboard covers like mine -- which never get super hot. It's foam, and will likely melt if too close to a heat source. To be on the safe side, I'd suggest first contacting the company directly.

Answer:	#6 flat head phillips works.The holes aren't countec-sunk but the hole surface sits below the radius (where the cue stick rests in my case) so that's safe from maring. I wouldn't go much less than 3/4" length considering you have to pull against them and they are small.

Answer:	I think the opening is 16mm. 23mm for the inside sounds correct.

Answer:	Outside ambient heat should not be a problem, but a lot of direct sunlight with UV exposure will likely expedite the degradation. I have used this material in Houston where it was wedged between a mesh pool cover and concrete coping which gets really hot. This was done primarily to keep leaves from blowing into the covered pool that we kept closed for most of the time. It got some UV exposure through the fine mesh. In this scenario, it lasted about 3 years before it got brittle and needed to be replaced.

Answer:	I mic it at exactly 0.750 inches. Of course this is a flexible material, and it probably varies a bit with temperature.
Question:	Is it exactly 3/4” diameter? If not, what is it? My application requires it to be a tiny bit over
Answer:	It's made of Nitrile™ which is typically good up to about 250º F. I probably wouldn't recommend using it right at its limit, though -- I'd say you're good to boiling, 212ºF.

Answer:	I used small wood screws and screwed these to wood. If you use metal screws I don’t see why you couldn’t. Careful to not go thru Hull, stay on the rail.
