Answer:	I did not measure the temperature difference, but it did not seem to make a difference. The fan does run quite strong so I suspect that it does pull heat out of the attic (that is, after you reverse the fan in its shroud so that it blows outward). However, I was very disappointed, after the fan motor completely died after two years.
Question:	Can this get wet? Weatherproof
Answer:	I mounted it in the roof gable vent and covered it with the slotted vent cover, so it doesn't get wet unless the rain is horizontal. Anyway, the motor burned out after two years. I don't recommend this product. I'm going to remove it and install a hard-wired electric attic vent fan.
Question:	Can someone recommend a thermostat to install with this fan
Answer:	It does not have a place to plug in for a thermostat. I purchased a thermostat and did not use it. I have installed others that have a place to just plug a thermostat in. I would search for one of those fans.

Answer:	Yes, I had to build a frame to hold mine exactly in the center where I wanted it. I cut plywood to nail and fill gaps to prevent pollen and debris from flying in through the sides since it only runs on full sun. One cloud and it turns off!😕 I will eventually switch it to the other side of attic to just circulate the air. Will replace it with a fan that runs 24/7 to prevent pollen and dust coming into attic.
Question:	can it be used in a greenhouse
Answer:	I'm using it in a solar wood kiln, I'm assuming that the conditions are similar enough to say yes. Had a sunny but frigid day with a high of 5 degrees, the fan worked fine. The temperature inside the kiln in summer reached above 110 degrees, it still worked well. Humidity and temperature don't seem to affect the performance of the fan whatsoever.

Question:	What's the best way to mount the solar panel on a sloped, tile roof in AZ sun to guarantee that it won't fall off
Answer:	Thank you for the question. Every tile roof is slightly different. I would try to find a way to lift one of the tiles and use a flat metal strip attached to the panel. The panel is light and if it’s flat to the roof should be relatively stable for weather. I would try that technique before I would drill holes in your tile. Question:	why is there so much of a gap between the edge of the fan blades and the inside of the metal housing? that is a inneficient design
Answer:	We have tested it and it is an extremely efficient design.

Answer:	Yes! We were waiting for that question. We do use brushless DC motors. Our motors have a lifetime warranty. They are designed to run forever. Don’t be fooled by a bigger panel. It’s our 24 V motor that makes the difference with the lifetime warranty. Most others have a 15 year warranty. And as far as a installation is concerned you have to put some type of barrier around the fan. That’s why ours has a square backing for easier installation. On the other fan you’ll have to put backing around the sides. Our fans are also compatible with our hybrid adapter and our Wi-Fi thermostat. Well our fans may actually appear to be more expensive they are a lot cheaper than having to replace the fan every few years or changing brushes in motors.

Answer:	Fan only runs , literally if sun out. Thermostats or humidistats, you'd probably have to play with or tweak. But a thermostat may make it run faster, tried 4panels, went to 1, just to prolong life.
Question:	If I use a 100 watt panel, will it soon burn up the motor
Answer:	I have 4-25s, believe off top of my head was 80 max. I don't like the noise at 75 and yes speed made me leary. I use only 1-25 panel and as long as sun shining, it turns.

Answer:	Yes that is correct The unit runs forward or reverse... It does not matter how you mount it, but it would only make sense to mount it inside the ATTIC and make sure the fans actually push air out.
