Then the contactor told me that it is too thin for any metallic border, therefore I was debating whether to go ahead using Mother of Pearl mosaic without trim or to ask contractor switch to the marble one and metallic trim. I ended up with changing to the marble mosaic and metallic border for a finished look. Since returning deadline has passed, I still have a big box of Mother of Pearl mosaic in my basement.

Answer:	It really depends on the surface they were installed on. They are easy to remove with little to no damage for most of the walls (for smooth ceramic tile / wallpaper / wall panel (acrylic) / mirror , they are totally no problem, we do not recommend to remove from the walls have the painted and refreshed many times). To make it easy, use a blow dryer to warm up each tile to soften the adhesive and pull softly starting with the corners. Use a cleaning product to wash the wall and remove any excess glue left by the peel and stick tiles.
