1. Prepare Surface

Thoroughly clean surfaces and remove any coatings or residue. For tough build-up, Miracle Sealants Miracle Heavy Duty Cleaner Acid Substitute is recommended.

2. Apply Sealer to Dry Surface

In a well ventilated area, use either Miracle Sealant Mira Brush applicator or a clean, lint-free cloth to apply enough sealer to wet the surface. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes for full penetration.

3. Wipe Excess and Buff

After no more than 5 minutes, remove excess liquid and buff surface with a lint-free cloth. Do not allow sealer to dry on the surface.

Allow to Cure

Allow to dry 3-5 hours, until dry to the touch, before light foot traffic. For best results, keep treated areas dry and free from staining agents for 72 hours.

Question:	What do you recommend for regular maintenance cleaning after application? For example, right now I use a magic eraser. Is that too harsh
Answer:	No that is not too harsh. The AQUA X grout sealer should make routine cleaning much easier. Where you had to scrub, you may now just have to wipe away. But a magic eraser is fine.
Question:	So do I just spray over all my grout (and tiles) and wipe off the tiles afterwards? I don't want to discolor my tiles or have a sticky residue
Answer:	I’d do a test tile first if you have left over tile from the install. I prefer to get a tile grout sealer bottle (Home Depot or Lowe’s) with a small brush or wheel on it & pour the liquid in spray bottle into the sealer bottle & apply with that. Have a damp rag handy to wipe off any sealer that gets on tile. Follow the directions on the bottle thereafter. Our tile didn’t need to be sealed, so we just sealed the grout lines.
Question:	can this product be used on grouted glass subway tiles
Answer:	Thanks for your interest in our products! The AQUA-X Grout Sealer will work great on grout glass subway tiles. Since the tiles are glazed, the AQUA-X Grout Sealer won't seal the tiles, just the grout. Just spray the sealer on the grout/tile and use a lint free cloth to get the excess sealer off the tile.
Question:	We just installed mexican tile in our mudroom. the tiles were sealed prior to grouting. can i use this on the tiles as well or only grout lines

If the tiles are already sealed, then the AQUA-X Grout Sealer won't be able to penetrate into the tiles. It won't hurt the tiles either, so when spraying the grout just wipe the excess sealer off the tiles for an easy cleanup.

Answer:	The ones pictured are DVD+RW, the ones in the blue/white packaging are DVD-RW. The +RW have advantages over the -RWs but depends on the DVD drive you have. If you have a DVD-RW drive, you will not get the advantages of +RWs. Too much to explain. Question:	Does this product leaves a shine finish
Answer:	This DVD-RW didn’t work in my 10 year old Magnavox. I think that’s the recorder’s fault though. But, if it had, it would have held at least 6hrs of video. Some older recorders had 8hr speeds too. The amount of time may depend on the model of your recorder, and it’s recording speeds.
Question:	Can this be used on outside tile
Answer:	I usually store photos on a flashdrive, but you should be able to copy your photos onto dvd by using your computer's dvd burner.

Answer:	Depends on the speed of your recording. At lowest resolution it can record 6 hrs.

Answer:	Yes it does. After you put sealer on and let it dry for a day or two , put some water on grout and it should bead up , like water on a waxed car does.

Answer:	Clean your grout lines FIRST, before applying a sealer of any kind. You never want to apply a sealer over dirty or discolored grout. They will remain that way! In my experience, I can recommend "Fresh Start 2000" as the best grout cleaner. Mix it with water. Use a spray bottle to apply. Scrub with a small stiff brush. Simple and easy to use and it will make your grout look new again. Full cure time for Aqua Mix Gold is 24 hours. Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats if applying more than 1 coat. Ready for surface traffic in 2 hours after final coat. Keep grout lines dry for 12 hours after final coat. Aqua Mix Gold penetrates grout. I recommend 2 coats for a long lasting protective seal. Answer:	As long as possible but At least 4 hours.

Answer:	Great question. After it dries it will permanently bond to the surface and not leach into the tank. It is important to apply it, let it completely dry and “cure” for about 2 hours. Then wipe the surface with a wet rag Or rinse with water if possible to remove any residual sealer. It is unlikely to harm the gecko even when wet however, we don’t test it for safety on all animal types. We use the same technology for testing freshwater fish tanks to keep them clean so it has undergone difficult to pass safety tests for aquatic life. One Side benefit of the technology is that it will help reduce or eliminate odors.

Answer:	Yes, but you need to clean right after using with hot water and a little soap.

Answer:	Cleaning your tile and grout is one of the most important steps as nothing will stick or bond to a dirty surface. Make sure surface is dry before applying the Epoxy Bond, then spray area with water and wipe with microfiber towel. Epoxy Bond needs 3 days to dry/cure completely before exposed to water such as shower use. If you do it right, it will be the last time :)

Answer:	Do you need parts a, B, and C. Epoxy grout requires particular skill to use. Make sure you weren’t how to use it, the manufacturer has videos on his website, or else you could have quite a mess that’s about impossible to clean up

Answer:	I used the slate gray and white. I hoped the gray would be very dark but it turned out to be about a medium gray. The white is snow white which matched the while wall tiles. All went well though and it looks nice. Sorry no photos with me and this is in a weekend home not near me.

Answer:	Thanks for asking. First of all, this product is not CD-RW, it is DVD+RW. For CD-RW, you can record a short movie and music. The capacity of a CD-RW is 700MB, make sure the movie or music below 700MB. You can use any CD/DVD recorder to burn CD-RW.

Answer:	Works but my computer used 3-4 cd's. I recommend getting a 64GB Flash drive. Longer lasting, less of a headache and it will save you more time. It's worth it. Amazon has good deals. PNY, Kingston or San Disk work well for me. Right now Amazon has them for a great deal that you can't get in local stores.

Answer:	Natural rocks are pretty much non porous anyway, but this sealer would certainly enhance it. Also important to make sure the grout in between the rocks are approporitely sealed. For sure this is the best sealer I have ever come across.

Answer:	A little goes a long way. I probably have about 14 feet of granite and I have used this 2 or three times with 2 coats each time.
