Question:	Buying a chamberlain wd1000wf 1-1/4 hps smartphone controlled wi-fi gd opener w/ b bup + ultra-quiet operation and have 10' doors - what ext
Answer:	The 10 foot extension is a very good choice. I had a liftmaster on a 9 foot door. The 10 ext required me to relocate my head unit back about 18 inches. Do not try to use any of the parts from the 8 foot extension. This only applies to chain drive openers. If the unit you are buying is a belt drive call Chamberlain and get the one they recommend.
Question:	Will it work with a model C
Answer:	Have no clue to model number you ask.. But this kit is designed to work with the shorter Chamberlain model and gives one the new cable and track to handle the taller door.
Question:	can i use two of these for a 12ft door
Answer:	Does Chamberlain make a chain for a 12ft door? If you already have 2 chains for a 10ft door my guess is that the answer to your question is "yes". After positioning the motor where you want it for the 12 ft door, your 2 chains will be too long. You will have to shorten one of them and connect it to the other. They're common roller chains and links are readily available .
Question:	Has anyone used this to slide an old barn door 10 feet sideways
Answer:	If you can slide it by hand you should be able to make it work. There is only about 9' of travel tho. I have it on a big 10ft roll up door and caught one of my grand kids (40 lbs) hanging on and riding it up last week.

Answer:	The chain length and tensioning would be your issue. I believe that you would need more than 10 foot to have this operate in its OEM configuration. Modifying it would probably invalidate your warranty

Answer:	Yes it can. You adjust where the door stops when it is fully down by pushing a control to set the stop, and also set the position when it is fully open by pushing the control. So you set where you want it to be fully open depending on the height of your door

Answer:	There no app for the garage door open. But If want to have control when not home you can purchase the GoGoGate2 it run on WiFi and there an app for the phone. You can open or close the garage door any in the world.

Answer:	I don't think running two motors in the same rail is possible. However, if u had two separate units butted together end to end, u should be able to program them both to operate from one remote.
