Answer:	Raynor is an opener brand but the wireless electronic remote opener could be several other brands. I have a Raynor opener with a Linear / Multi-Code opener. It's old - 25 yrs and uses the 10 DIP switches, but it works fine with the visor remotes and my 3 Cadillacs with built in wireless transmitters. Linear is mentioned in the instructions so it should work with a Raynor opener.

Answer:	Don't even waste your money on this product. It's EXACTLY the same as 'Clorox Clean-Up' that you can get at WalMart or any grocery store. The active ingredients, the scent, and the formulation are identical, and Clean-Up is much much less expensive. As for kill time, I usually spray it on, wipe it with a rag to spread it evenly on the surface I'm cleaning, then let it air dry. Sometimes it leaves a haze that I wipe away with a damp paper towel. That's it.

Then I press one of the two remaining buttons on the remote and the job is finished. Answer:	It is really shame that Chamberlain myQ decided to NOT support SmartThings. After their announcement to support it (which was if I remember 2015 or 2016), I actually switched all of the garage openers to be myQ compatible... which ended in major disappointment because they never got out the integration. There was a manual integration that a SmartThings user did, but even this one is now defunct.
Question:	Why does chamberlain charge a fee when the other devices are free
Answer:	This is a shame and Chamberlain should be embarrassed. It's pathetic. I would rather pay $10-20 more to never pay a subscription fee as long as I own the device. Aonthly or annual fee is just sickening and it's the singular reason why I have not purchased this product. Everything I own is Chamberlain. By including a fee, they have completely ALIENATED A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Am I also understanding this correctly that Alexa does not have a subscription fee for integration?

Answer:	RG-6 coax is the wrong coax for this antenna. This is a 50 ohm antenna and RG-6 is 75ohm coax. You need RG-58, RG-8X, or RG-8 or better coax. Proper connector is a PL-259 with a UG-175 adapter for RG-58 and a UG-176 for RG-8X. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Universal Radio sez: The Solarcon A99 is a half wave over a quarter wave variable mutual inductance antenna. There is nothing in the literature about it. Consider it a 1/2 wave. In other words the top 2 sections are just fiberglass with a wire in it and the bottom section has a couple of tuning coils inside. If you check with a meter you will see a DC short because of the coils. You can check the 'net and find a circuit diagram and pictorials of the parts.easily.
Question:	Will this work on a Chamberlain LW
Answer:	I originally mounted mine on a 10 ft piece of 1" conduit from Home Depot and it worked 'some" by using a tuner. Later I mounted it to the side of a small wooden barn and I connected three radials about 15'- 20' long. It worked better but it was very noisy and not a good performer on any band. I bought a couple of $14 20 meter Ham Sticks, mounted them back to back to make a dipole and it is at 20 ft and works beautiful with almost no noise. If you don't mind single band operation, this beats the pants off the Solarcon Vertical.Good luck; Dan K8WOZ
Question:	Which remotes are compatible with this unit
Answer:	Ideally you don't want the antenna right next to other metal things. But you can't always get ideal. I can't imagine that being next to a TV antenna would make a huge difference. The only way to know for sure is to try it and find out. Setup the antenna and check the SWR. The other question is where the TV antenna would sit in relation to the A99. If most of the A99 is above the TV antenna then you should be fine. You should check on CB and ham radio website and see how other people have their A99 mounted. I am sure there are other people who have their antenna mounted near a TV antenna. The only other issue you might have to deal with is interference with the TV. If you are running low power you should be fine.

Answer:	Depends .. how are the rats getting in to your garage ? It will seal the door and the floor as long as your door closes all the way. It will not seal the sides, or areas at the sides etc.. you will need to ensure all of that is sealed too.

Answer:	You could attach attach directly with small sheetmetal screws or attach a thin wood slat to the door underside with sheetmetal screws and then attach the rubber witn small nails or screws.

Answer:	I purchased a roll of this sealer. It can be cut to fit. The mistake I made was to attach it to the first door, all away across, then cut it. When I attached the remainder to the second I came up six inches short.I should have cut it in half, then attach each piece to both ends of each door stretch it to fit. Then secure with nails or staples every foot or so along the bottom of the door Repeat on the second doo. Don't get to close to the edges, it will get hung up in the molding!Hope that helpscd
