Question:	I live in Florida. How does it hold up in wind
Answer:	Maybe we got a bad batch... I bought two for cross vent between front and rear doors. But any decent wind would blow one of the two of them open. Our doors are painted metal, so the next thing that happens is the magnet gets to the door and WACK - pinned open. They are frustrating me...

Answer:	I don't know about this particular screens brand, but after all the time I spent looking at them from one listing to the next, probably having seen around a dozen or two, I feel more than confident in the fact that they are all pretty much the same exact thing. Having said that, we purchased one about 2 years ago and it has been an absolute pleasure to have it and it has been more than satisfactory the entire time. If you keep anything magnetic, like a broom to be more specific, leaning up against the wall next to the opening you choose to hang your screen on, the magnets in the screen will in fact attach itself, thereby causing the screen to remain halfway open if you don't happen to notice that it took place. Otherwise, we have 2 dogs and 2 grand doggies who visit us often, and it's an absolute God send for that purpose alone. Also, because we are very outdoorsy people, we tend to go through the doorway with full hands and with this screen, I can't tell you how great it is not having to set things down or fumble and possibly drop the stuff. And then one last thing I'll mention about it is, and it's really just something silly, but it's actually quite the conversation piece too believe it or not lol. People just trip over it because they've never seen anything like it I guess, so they think it's just great. The bad will convince the good to sneak out with them in the middle of the dark, leading to sleepless nights of worrying for you. I wouldn't plug something like an air conditioner into it, though.

Answer:	What they give you is regular width and strength sticky back velcro. The same velcro you could buy at a hardware store. If your concrete is painted it would probably work. Answer:	We haven’t done the garage one yet but the door one I tried straight and it didn’t work. By raising the center , it makes sure the magnets catch every time

Question:	Can this be cut
Answer:	No it’s got a heavy edge hem with weights on the bottom. The top & sides have the Velcro. It would make it unusable if you cut the top or sides. If you cut the bottom I think it would not close without the weights & would fray. You can put it on the inside edge of the garage (basically backwards) and it will work well. I installed my first one as per instructions & it was too large. My second one I installed from the inside & was able to use it perfectly.
Question:	If a tennis ball is thrown at this, will the ball get into garage
Answer:	depends on who is throwing the ball, Randy Johnson in his prime and if he hit right down the middle it will probably get into the garage, but if you threw it, I highly doubt it

Answer:	The bottom should not be secured to the door frame. The bottom of the screen should hang about 1-2cm off the ground so that it can freely swing open and closed.

Answer:	Dolores, it all depends on which way your door swings. If it swings INTO the house, you install the screen on the outside. If your door swings OUT, you install the screen on the inside.

Question:	What do they mean when they say it is removable by hook and loop? What is left after you remove it by loop and hook
Answer:	Hook and Loop is Velcro. So, once you remove it, the other side of the Velcro is left on the frame. The tape on the back of the Velcro isn’t the best, I ended up using Guerrilla Glue double sided tape to put it up.
Question:	Why does the description say it is new with 32 magnets instead of others who only have 26 when in fact it only has 26? Why the false advertising
Answer:	The only things I can think of is ordering the wrong one, because ordering gets confusing, or lack of quality control. I would let them know and send it back, until you get the one with enough magnets.

Answer:	The door uses any conventional door knob anddead bolt. I recommend the non pickable type toreally complete your severity door system. Thereare existing hole on the door knob jam side of the door. The striker bolts for both the dead boltand the door knob will fit in perfectly with out anyhardware plates even though they look too large.I recommend that you set up the door first withregular 1 5/8" drywall screws and after the dooris placed and working properly replace themwith the non removable larger screws furnishedwith the door. These screw are a bit of a painto work with so make sure you use the propersized drill bit for the pilot holes. Last advice isgo to a Home Depot or Lowes the get yourdoor knob and dead bolt. They can advise youas the best hardware setups. Once setup you willlove your new security door.
Question:	This says it is 82" tall. Can it be cut to a shorter length? My work trailer's door is 36"x
