Answer:	I will have to measure later. I do know that the glass is the same in my 18" as for the 24". The wood on the sides is simply smaller for the 18".

Answer:	I’m not sure I understand the question. If the opening is 48” without the doorframe (rough opening), then your door(s) would have to measure less than 48”. Expect the frame to reduce the opening with almost 2”. The hardware (top rail) for these (36”) bifold doors can easily be cut to length, but the door may not fit.
Question:	Is the glass clear or cloudy appearance
Answer:	It is clear glass. There is a protective plastic film over each glass panel on both sides, which saves alot of time when you are either staining or clear sealing the wood. Once you are done the protective film is peeled off.
