I bought it because I had tennis elbow several times in the past and it is one of a number of head heavy, 11+ weight, flexible racquets recommended in a study done by "Guts & Glory > About Us > Committed to Eliminating Tennis Elbow" on their website. If you are used to the more popular racquets in use today that are head light, then it may take a little getting used too but I have eliminated tennis elbow for myself by using these type of racquets. See the following from their website:While a lighter racquet may be easier to swing, they are generally not as healthy as heavier racquets. Each time a tennis ball strikes the string bed a collision occurs which creates energy and shock. Forces of physics are alive an running rampant. At the moment of impact/collision the energy has to go somewhere. In the past, heavier racquets have essentially served as shock absorbers, taking the brunt of the collision before the shock could be transmitted to the player's arm. With the advent of lighter weight racquets, the shock is no longer absorbed by the racquet, but rather transmitted directly to the player's body. | Answer: | Batteries are not included. I recommend using rechargeable batteries because during winter (increased dark hours and increased cold) the batteries only last a couple months. I have 8 of these lights and I keep two extra sets of batteries charged up and ready. Overall I love the lights and how much control i have over them--these are actually "smart" lights with a lot of user control. But you pay a premium for the light and batteries. |

Note that keeping the lights for longer durations than during motion events will eat into your battery life VERY quickly. Estimates for one year battery life are based on about 8-10 lights-on events per evening over one year. Duration of each lights-on event is listed as 20 seconds, but the shortest event duration setting I found in the app is for 30 seconds after motion is detected. Can be longer, but doing so again cuts into the battery life. |

No way do I want to maintain disposable batteries in the yard lighting. Also integrate a rechargeable battery in that adapter cartridge so there is always power available during the day for the motion detectors, then charges up at night when the landscape lighting comes in. At night after the landscape lighting goes off , the motion detector would run off the rechargeable batteries and if lights needed to come on , it would just instruct the main 12v landscape circuit to come ON. Without that programming logic built into the unit , even if I make a tried to make a power adapter cartridge for this , it wouldn’t be any good without the battery and smart power control logic...... |

Now that Ring has expanded to other devices that are even easier to have stolen (like these lights), it makes sense to ask whether their guarantee covers all of their devices or just certain ones. | Answer: | Overgrip is typically used to place over an existing grip. If you place this replacement grip over another grip (which you can) it add a full size maybe larger plus it will round out the grip. I would not use this an overgrip. |

| Answer: | I have not yet used these grips but I have replaced racket grips in the past and these appear to be used as the primary grip. In other words, remove the existing grip and replace with new. It ultimately comes down to how thick of a grip you prefer to have on the racket and how thick, and in what shape your existing grip is in I will be planning on removing my existing grips. I hope this helps. |
