| Answer: | No, this is not appropriate for a 15 year old. The shinguards and the goggles are for youth. Most High School players use hard shin guards like the Harrow Probot or Gray G Pro. STX does have an adult Reversible and the Contour Shin guard which would also be appropriate but not provide as much protection. Also, you will need adult goggles, 2See. The stick that is included is wood. She would be better with the STX RX 101, or HPR 101. Just Her Sports, specializing in Field Hockey and Lacrosse. |
