My grandson is 13 but is tall and has been playing for 6 years so after 3 tries we finally got the adult large Wichita is only a little bit big..but they had no medium and it probably would have been too small. They do have a hand chart but it is not that accurate. The gloves are fantastic so I do encourage you to get them. If you do get a size and they do not fit you can return them free for being incorrect sizing and they will send a prepaid postage and replace...no problem and enjoy
