| Answer: | I love this product series! I have the Nano Sponge, the green and gray cloths, and the mirror/glass cloth. I don’t have this particular sponge but on the back of the green Nano sponge it instructs to rinse the sponge out thoroughly and put it in the microwave to disinfect it. I have found this to be fine but long term it does need a good wash. Don’t let stuff sit on the sponge. Always rinse when done using. I rinse it with hot water and dish soap but use only water to clean. It also suggests to use white vinegar on it to help deodorize while cleaning and to help with bacteria neutralization. I don’t microwave my Nano CLOTHS but I do wash my cloths (and sponges) in the washer with other towels in hot water like normal but I do not put mine in the dryer. This seems to keep the material stronger than others I have dried in the dryer. So: Rinse after each use. Let air dry. Disinfect in microwave if specific sponge packaging suggests. Use white vinegar on the sponge for cleaning surfaces, if desired. Wash in washer but don’t dry. I have these cloths in every room of the house and in our vehicles. They are THE BEST. Better than Norwex. I even gave them as a Christmas gift! Lol... and they LOVE THEM! |

Use a permanent marker and make a dot or other symbol on those towels to keep them separate from the towels that are used to remove your (final coat of) wax. Wash wax towels and rubbing compound towels separately. |

For buffing scenarios I would make sure that the paint-correcting compound (Meguiar's M205 is my choice) or the wax or buffing product (M105 is my go-to thing, in this case) has not dried up on the paint, or, if you are applying them with a machine, that the pads used on those machines have not caused the marring. Also make sure that you are not putting with your hand too much weight on the towel when you're shining up your paint.That counts, too! |
