Answer:	I've found them to be quite narrow. I'm 5'6" and they don't fit well. I modified them by heating with a heat gun and opening them up to fit my forearms. I would recommend getting Shred or POC fore arm pads they fit much better. JG..

Answer:	I ordered the petite...the only issue I had was that it didn’t stay up next to my elbow..it keeps sliding down...I do really like them, I just deal with that inconvenience...I really need mine more from the elbow down to the wrist..I got the more skin tan tone, people don’t even see you have it on...they wash well...overall, I pleased with these protectors...I wear mine daily, but I don’t sleep in them..it really protects my forearms and wrist from bruises...and I bruise very easily...hope this answers your question. I did a lot of research trying to find the one that I felt would be the best, plus look good....I will most definitely will order these again when they wear out.....they are so well made I doubt I will be buying again for a long while.👍👍👍👍 I haven’t had any problems with stains, the lighter tone ones might show dirt more.

Answer:	Yes you can. It’s a flat finish that’s not glossy. Sharpie type pens would probably work fine.
